I got excellent service from the supervisor Eduardo when I called about a package that was marked delivered two days ago at 3:37 pm, but I didn't get it. He figured out where it might have been delivered in error and texted the carrier to see if he can locate it there. I value the USPS!

NOT a retail post office, ie no mailing services for consumers. This is for USPS connect drop off and US pass ports. Go to Mission Valley mall post office or another USPS location for regular post office services.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. This is the worst USPS “office” Valerie wanted to cut off the line before the 4pm walk in even started. At 4:18pm she told us we were not going to be seen, mind you the walk-in service goes through 5:30pm. You had elderly people waiting and kids crying. Worst experience ever.

This place is a mess. I requested my package be redelivered which it never was. The form left in my mailbox says the hours are 9-12 on Saturday. Google business page says 10:30-2. I’m trying to plan my one day off and don’t find out they open an hour and a half later until I get in my car to leave. The postman hand wrote all over the form left in my mailbox. How hard is it to cross out the hours if you’re using an old form?
Who knows if my package is even there because tracking is just stuck at redelivery.

Literally will never answer the phone. Messed up my passport photo. Paid for expedited passport work and it's impossible to get an appointment to fix this issue. Absolute nightmare.

Complete trash! Got there at 10:45 on a Saturday morning and no one answered the "ring bell for service" for several minutes until a swarthy little troll came out and croaked "I'm off the clock and the other lady isn't here". This mf then jumped in his car and peace'd out. But because I'm a pissed off boomer, I stayed put and just kept ringing that bell. Over and over and over until about 12:00 when another bored looking postal "employee" showed up to take care of me and about four other equally pissed off customers. This location can kiss my nuts from the back ?

I would give zero if possible. Every time I come here there are tons of people waiting because there is never anyone on site. I’ve been forced tog eat my nail here for over a decade. The hours don’t reflect when anyone’s actually going to be there. I come on Saturdays and the house are 1030-2 and there are still no postal workers to grab mail. This location is the prime example of why we should privatize mail delivery and stop wasting tax dollars.

The staff were extremely helpful! Despite being busy with other customers, they assisted me in finding my package. Earlier this week I dropped off a package (containing my wedding dress to return it after noticing stitching imperfections). The return slip stated it was for UPS and I mistakenly dropped it off here at this USPS. A staff member really took his time to listen to my request and found my package. I am so thankful!! Thank you very much!! <3

I went here as a walk in for 3 new Passports and 1 renewal and I can believe how fast I was in and out. After trying to get appointments in other places with no success, I decided to give this place a try. Showed up around 430 was out before 5, lady was super friendly and helpful. The whole process couldn't have been any more smooth, highly recommend this usps.
