Staff is great- knowlegable and friendly! Lines can be long but that's probably because of the location. Parking in the lot is very convenient!

I walked in 10 mins before closing and Natalie welcomed me in! She helped me pick out the correct packaging and helped me find the best price to ship my package. Her customer service is amazing!! She deserves some accreditation for her amazing work🙌

Strange experience: some employees may have an issue with a country you're trying to send a package to. That, or they have an issue with you.
