Avoid this location at all costs!! The wait is never less than 20 minutes. I've waited over half an hour before becuz I had too. One employee on a Friday afternoon. They do not know how to function! The line since I started typing this is now out the door and it took 35 minutes and an old woman wanted to lodge a complaint and the clerk started humiliating her in front of 15 people. I can't come here anymore it's worse than the DMV if you can believe that.

Although this is a small post office in our neighborhood; really enjoy going there for all my postal needs. The post office staff are very helpful, friendly and give excellent customer service.

This review is for the clerk that rang me up last week. I understand that your store can't tape up a box without someone buying an entire roll of tape. While that's a tedious policy, it's not a big deal overall. But there's a nice way to communicate that, and a very rude way, and it's unfortunate that you chose the latter during not one but two separate interactions.
Maybe you don't feel that customer service is important in this job because it's a public service. But kindness costs you nothing, and your professional demeanor lacks both class and consideration. I've been going to this post office for over 30 years, but because of you I will be avoiding this location whenever possible. Thank you for ruining a neighborhood gem.

Very nice clerk helping me out. She understood exactly how I wanted to send a piece of Very important mail. She had my transaction completed and I was done and walking out of the post office in about 5 minutes.

Hit or miss with the service at this one. The older black lady is usually helpful and nice, I hate when someone is taking up all her time and I have to go to someone else. The Indian dude has the worst attitude. They get mad that you don't fill out the "TO and FROM," but there are never pens or priority box labels in the lobby to use and fill out. I swear the post office and DMV attract the worst attitudes in customer service across the 50 states.

Nasty. The employees there are just foul. One older man (white hair and glasses) was incredibly rude and short with the customer in front of me and all but yelled at the man (increasing in volume each time he told him) to tap his card on the payment screen. Why be so upset over that? Then the woman who “helped” me wouldn’t even look at me and curtly told me they wouldn’t provide a piece of tape (literally one piece. I’ve been in to other locations where they will tape your whole box). Just nasty people with miserable lives being incredibly rude to customers. I’ve worked in customer service my whole career and I’ve never seen such blatant, unprovoked hatred. Go get a different job or something because dear god.

The staff at this post office is extremely friendly and helpful. The nice woman (I wish I knew her name) working there even helped me save money on postage by using an alternate box for shipping. Very happy!!

The people who work here are always incredibly accommodating, helpful, and nice! When there are two workers, the line flies by. The only issue with this location though is it can sometimes only have one worker, and those days include a brutal wait unfortunately.
