our package delivered yesterday left on a ledge for everyone to see. driver thought twice & came back to put it on our porch. good move. but today- brilliant boy puts package directly on top of a water dish & pet food dish on porch. package was soaking wet -as I’m sure it never occurred to him Not to lay a package in a dish of water. we’re trying to get through to USPS delivery to file a complaint? with a computer that understands 0, then is crackling, then told you have a 20 min Wait. Good riddance

Very easy location to reach from the parking lot, line moved quickly, and the person assisting me was friendly and processed my packages swiftly.

This is a great post office! I have been coming here for a year and will continue to come here. I make frequent visits and the service is great, workers are very kind. Line gets busy depending on the time but it’s never too long of a wait.

Horrendous service. Tried to charge me $17 for media mail to canada when downtown only charges $5. Guy insisted it was required to be sent as a package when it was an 8.5x11 envelope. Told me not to tell downtown I'm sending a "book" when I have sent the same packages a dozen times. Went all the way downtown and barely made it before close and behold. Downtown only charged me $5. I don't think the guy was trying to scam me by any means, but because a long line formed behind me, he was just rushing me out of the way. It was embarrassing enough to make so many other customers upset just because I had questions about why I was being charged more than triple

I had a great experience here the last few times I dropped in. The line moved quickly and the service is next level - it was so nice that they offered ways to save money with shipping methods. I also appreciate that they seem to be in a good mood when I know how challenging that can be when working with customers all day.
Challenge is parking and finding your way to the location the first time you need visit.

The parcel needed to be sealed with tape, they refused to provide
I had to buy tape from them to seal the parcel once!!

Terrible location and every question was met with rudeness. I visited this store at 1610 on April 30, 2024 and the attended was nothing but sarcastic and rude. Recommend taking your packages to any other location!

Ignorant staff. I ship hundreds of boxes every week and travel all over the country, NEVER have I had a postal worker tell me my FLAT RATE box was too full to be shipped. Then I wrote my to address in the center and he (ignorant worker No.1) covered it up with a sticker AFTER I asked for a priority mail sticker to write my label on and was told they didn’t have any stickers! I was the only female customer in the store and he ABSOLUTELY singled me out to tell me I did multiple things incorrectly! NEVER has a public servant treated me in such a condescending way!! Thank goodness I’ll never have to go there again!

They don't have boxes here. So bring your own boxes. Learned the hard way. So do not drop anything with out a box

Never working they have a sign stating sorry for the inconvenience it will open up at 11 AM but they’re still closed and it is now the afternoon. This is just a mailbox post office and nothing else don’t come here otherwise.

Took one star off because it was very hard to find but at the end it was worth. The staff was a young lovely lady and helped me very quickly. Put some signs in parking lot USPS and make everyone’s life easier!
