I don't know what is going on at this Post Office since they moved across the parking lot. They just don't seem caring at all. I mailed one piece of mail from San Diego, CA to Squaw Valley, CA on Aug. 5th, 2024 and it was to arrive in two days. the mail was sent to New Jersey on the east coast and still has not gotten to Squaw Valley, CA at all yet. Why would it even go to the east coast in the first place. Now my family is behind on their bill. It just doesn't make sense whatsoever. I paid 5.25 and they said it would get there Aug. 7, 2024. It never happened. Thanks Clerk 77, way to go!! Not.

I had an order to be delivered in San Diego and it was returned back to me for underpayment, which cannot be possibly accurate because the buyer paid $24 shipping, the weight was correct. Everything was correct, but if there is ever an underpayment issue at all, the package is never sent back to the sender, The account used to buy the label. It just charged the difference so for them to ship it back to me and make me have to go through the process of having the buyer purchase the item again absolutely unequivocally the most annoying and cumbersome thing. Y’all wasted SO MANY RESOURCES SENDING IT BACK TO ME. The package was already in San Diego, traveled across the country just to be sent back to me, which is the most ridiculous and wasteful thing ever. Please remember how much time, money and energy you wasted. I’ve NEVER had this happen in 18 years. If must be a California thing…. What a waste of time. Screw you all!
Also look how poorly they treated the package. Seriously?????

It is saturday july 6 2024 and its exactly 5:45 pm. I have important mail waiting for me in my box and I know the closing time is 6pm. ALL THE DOORS ARE LOCKED. Whoever is running this ****show might want to realize how frustrating this is to customers when some slacker decides he wants to go home early or is too lame to know how to use a clock. Thanks for nothing.
I mean you would think that as a minimal show of competence that a business would observe its long posted hours of operation and not just arbitrarily close early some days because an employee had something they felt like doing besides being at work.

I had no issues. I went there at opening and there was only one person ahead of me. I had two packages to ship. Nice worker told me I can always grab free boxes if I sell anything more from Poshmark as long as it's under 5 pounds. Super quick service.

Save your time go to the one in hillcrest the people in this location are very rude. There was a poor old man in front of me in the line, and I was appalled at how he was treated. He was kind and kept saying thank you over and over the rep was so rude it’s unbelievable, to a poor old man who was just grateful to have help. Good god. Never again will I be stopping by.

Exactly two months ago I went in person and filled out a card to "Cancel Address Forwarding" and "Resume Delivery."
The staff has an attitude issue and were going to turn me away because they "ran out of forms", and then another clerk said, "oh here is one on this other desk". When I handed it back to the clerk, I asked and was told that ID verification is not needed for such cancelation. Yesterday I did 3 separate checks, and all three said "nothing was done". My mail has been going to the wrong address for two months, and no one can help, except the incompetent post office branch.

Worst customer service ever, clerk 63 got mad because I asked how to mail something she continue to give me wrong information and a terrible attitude, I went to another person called Angel and she was worse! She said she was refusing me service because of my attitude and sent me to another postal office, I filed a complaint directly with internal affairs. Went to the store in PB and they answered all my questions and they told me that point loma office has terrible complaints all the time for customer mistreatment…

Shipped a box of toys to my kids. Paid a large sum of money to do so. Even sent it certified. Paid for it to be delivered to doorstep. It wasn't delivered because the postal trucks are too small for the box says rude postal worker lady after 2 months of waiting. Was not told this upfront. Don't waste your time use FedEx or UPS . They would not refund my money. Uselessness and ineptitude at its finest. I hope they go bankrupt
