Went in with my own box today. The person at the desk said it would be cheaper if I bought one of theirs at $21. After taping one side I realized my box fit my items more securely. I used my own box which would’ve been $18 but since I taped one side, she charged me $23 for the unused box. It was her mistake. Rude. Common sense is lacking. Customer service non existent.

My rent checks have been lost multiple times, both from the blue box outside and the inside dropbox. They weren't stolen but also never made it to my landlord or back to me. The line is typically long, but I have not had mail lost that way.

Not only have I not been receiving all my mail and filed a complaint about it. It seems like other people are having the same issue from the comments. I went to the post office this morning. They opened late and the guy at the register who had a birthmark on the left side of his face and eye was very rude , smug and condescending , he would not let me speak to a manager. He said I would have to wait for three hours!!. They are callus with people’s mail which contains banking information, IRS information etc. I suggest if anyone can read this to please file a complaint with the postal regulatory services office because it seems to be an issue at that post office. They are either not hiring very bright people or have a complete. Disregard for people’s Information that can be stolen if it falls in the hands of the wrong person. They need to be held accountable specially when the problem is ongoing

For the two years I’ve come here, the team has been exceptional; I live a few blocks away, so it is very convenient to have this USPS here. The team here goes above and beyond; Carlos is one of the kindest employees, and his professionalism and kindness make you feel like you shouldn’t go to any other USPS but this one. For the two years I’ve shipped items from here, I have never had an issue or a return; as mentioned above, this whole team truly knows what they are doing.
Whenever I go to UPS and FedEx, I always get overcharged for small things, but at USPS, you definitely get better value and customer service.
I just wanted to thank you because you all aren’t thanked enough; you all are amazing!! & Carlos, thanks for being such a kind and professional person! 🙂

A garbage system and garbage company. Can’t do one thing easily with the USPS. Show up to get my PO Box set up after they told me they would print my application out online I got there and they refused to print it out. Call me I would need to come back after waiting in line for literally 35 minutes.

I'm very thankful for the great job that the post office does, except for the mailman in charge of delivery on 3660 Eagle Street, San Diego, CA 92103. He always parks in front of my parking spot, blocking me from going out or in, even when there is lots of space in the street. And he doesn't even apologize when I ask him to move the van. He's lazy!!!!
