Xynthia (sp?) (pronounced like Cynthia) was a great help and really boosted my mod the day I dropped by to mail a letter. She had a great attitude, asked about my day, joked with me, and was cheerful and smiling. I would always come to this location if I lived in San Diego.

Worst post office I have ever been to in my life. Lazy, rude staff that have no idea what they are doing. Don’t waste your time. Other USPS locations are much better.

Postal rates for online click-n-ship are not clearly explained. I lost $24 by choosing the wrong, again unclear, option. Buyer, beware. There is no refund for priority mail once you print label.

I’ve been coming into this location for a while now and have always had a good experience. However, today Carlos went above and beyond! I was struggling to find the right box and shipping materials in line, so he called me over and helped me find the perfect size box and was able to cut my shipping price in half! He packed the item himself and was wonderful throughout the whole interaction. I would definitely recommend this location and especially Carlos to help you out!

Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Every once in while you get someone who will remind you of DMV horror stories. The entire place is dirtiest post office I've ever seen, they don't seem to do any upkeeping and the entire place is worn and paint peeling. They didn't have any flat rate packaging in stock...not just in front, but the back too. Something like 5 or 6 different SKUs. I think they just need better management.

Shout out to Tess who made my experience at USPS a 10/10. I was sending about 15 packages to various places across the states. She was so patient and spent time helping me figure out the prices of different packages and which way was most cost effective. Tess truly goes above and beyond and I can't thank you enough for your kind service.
