Quite possibly one of the worst post offices in the state of California. The whole office is smaller than the average living room. The printers are NEVER working properly and often times they have to just stop accepting shipments because the printers can’t even print out the labels at all. On top of this many members of the staff have a poor attitude and make it seem like it’s the customers faults that their machinery never is working

I can’t believe how rude the people are that work in the front for asking a simple question. I don’t know how things work inside a post office as things are mostly digital now and I simply asked if I could ship a package there and if they could do the stamp. The man in the front was so demeaning when he simply could have told me to create the label at home. I seriously can’t stand how inconsiderate people are and how they get pleasure in making you feel uncomfortable and confused.

Your mail is not safe with this old woman Norma Garcia Angelica she takes pictures of your mail to expose your business . She has no respect for others coworker’s or anybody’s belongings/MAIL —private information like your address etc. this issue has to be fixed she keeps posting pics of everyone’s belongings

Everyone was very helpful and patient. They went above and beyond while I was there, even going to the back to grab a box for an older gentleman who was having trouble identifying the right box.

Worst post office in the world can’t do there simple job and deliver my package I’ve been waiting for since Saturday and rather send it back to the sender and there lazy staff are too busy unplugging the phones to answer my dam phone call rather then actually work what a shame of a a federal agency waste of money invested into this sad business I always have issues even them putting my mail in my box on a weekly basis always giving my mail to my neighbors but me

This place needs new staff! And please open the dam place when your suppose to not all late we need our mail for God sake!!! New people require Here and please make sure they are Motivated not like they ones now, seams like they don't get paid and have a bad attitude and after they treat you like $!ht they want you to do a survey jaja.

Obviously the USPS has to be abolished or privatized and divided by UPS and FedEx. The legends about this place are true, beware!!Edit: realllllllly bad. They’ll tell you everything’s okay when it’s not. They don’t care. Wow

Post Office in Barrio Logan had poor customer interactions. So I went downtown where the customer service was much better. Come to find out, the first rep handled the paperwork. So effective but rude.

Save yourself and go to ANY other post office in the area! The ladies are miserable here very rude especially the older wrinkly one. The tan lady needs training, she filled out my customs form wrong and my package was sent back. now my deployed husband won’t receive his package in time. Then she told me if I open my box and Re box in a brown box it be cheaper, it was $30 more!I went in for them to re ship my box since it was sent back, Waited 30 min for them to say I have to dig the original box out of the dumpster at my apartment lol in order for them to re send it. Then locked me out with my boxes still inside!!! they are crazy and maybe dementia has hit them. I hope Allen the manager can send my package next week.they also take forever the line was long and barely moved. This place is a joke. And there are bed bugs or fleas on the rugs by the desk, it’s unsanitary.Allen and Henry were great when I went back. Helpful and professional. Nothing like the women that work there.
