It is in fact located on a military base. So for those who have access is extremely convenient to not have to drive halfway across town in high gate traffic to get to a usps. Staff is friendly, professional and I can honestly say thank you. And for those who posted "its military property" yeah it says that online. And if you look at google maps it states that there are "restricted access" roads. Waaaa red flag should have gone high with that.

I ordered a package and I have not received it even when I paid extra for shipping and they are expecting me to pick it up when I paid for shipping what’s is this bs I would rate 0 stars if I could trash worst experience ever.

Like the other reviewer mentioned, this is not accessible to general public. Only military people. Don't bother trying to come otherwise. Google maps users take note
