These workers have amazing attitudes but this location is so hectic apparently the first Monday of the month! It takes an hour for what should be 5 minutes because they have only 2 people working and 2 systems running. Did they have to cut costs? Well if so, here’s another customer complaining that you can use as proof of it creating inefficiencies. But please don’t blame workers here who are doing their best with the people and resources they have.

I’ve been coming here for years with a few minor situations, but Carol at the desk is the worst and rudest person I’ve came across in a long time, everyone else big up yourself but Carol is the worst and she needs to fix her face.

Wasn’t very happy for the long line but MARLON definitely made up for it with his EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!!!! Thank you MARLON for making my granddaughters first time at the post office a great experience!!!

Everyone here is rude as hell, unhelpful, and would obviously rather be doing anything else. If this is the closest post office near you it’s worth the drive to go somewhere else.

The person helping me was so rude! She looked at me and talked to me like I was stupid every time I asked a question. Also, she kept rushing me, and I was even working very swiftly to get my packages prepared because I was about to catch the train shortly after. However, another worker behind the counter told me I was okay when I had to assure the person helping me that "I am moving as fast as possible." So, there is at least one decent worker here.

The staff member who handled my change of address was rude and condescending. She coughed into her hands and handed me my ID back which grossed me out. The building is surrounded by a homeless encampment of tents. I would not suggest walking to this location.

I had positive feelings here until it was fake. What’s wrong with coming two days in a row I forgot to mail sumthin. That’s more money for yall! Same worker here. We had good talk previous day. He sees me walk in. I’m next in line. A lady walks up with red tag he calls her over. Thought that was rude because she has to wait in line like the rest of us. Whether she just picking up packages or not and she was walking to get in line like she suppose too. Then she is done and he has no customers I’m like looken at him he’s tryna hide behind podium. I’m like huh what’s going on so I feel he awkward that I was just here yesterday with him. Like he not tryna service me today. But we had such a good talk I’d get if I was a rude customer don’t want to see me again but it was opposite. like what does it matter I can come everyday if I wanted. The African guy calls next and I’m like loudly what is he not open then the white guy calls next. I’m like yeah of course too late as I’m walking up to the African guy. Smh. And it wasn’t even a friendly encounter with the African guy I had. Just not as intimate. Like I have a cheery personality when I like you and doing cheery business. I’m sending off late Christmas presents so I’m feeling good. But that encounter yesterday they ruined it. The white guy was more helpful with packaging talkative the African guy more direct and quick. Then white couple customers next to me was talking about me. Cuz I ask a lot of question cuz I don’t get things the first time. And who knows why they gossip but that’s what whites do. Nosy. It just changes you cuz I’m not gonna wanna checkout with him no more if he’s gonna do me like that. I’m not gonna be friendly like that. I thought it was cool. The small talk. What he did that day was weird. And he was white so he showed me his true color what they do ! Yep typical got it. Fake ! My dad works for USPS He tells me all the time they are.
