The Manager Morad “Ronnie” is probably the laziest banker I’ve ever met. Instead of helping a private wealth client like me, he slams his office door shut on his own staff. Moments later he marches out of the branch and goes to the Mexican within the complex Patron to eat.

Went there today at 12:40pm (closes at 1pm) no one was there bank was closed and empty. Looked like they closed earlier because not a single person was there

Adam was a tremendous help! I needed to get my transaction history for the whole year and for 8 accounts. Adam was patient and took time to get me everything I needed. It was a lot and I appreciate the help and time he gave me…thanks again Adam!

US Bank is a large commercial bank. I went into the branch for counter service. I had a very good experience at this branch. All of the staff were polite and courteous. Because I use a rollator, I had help with the door. Everything went smoothly with my transaction.

I'm so frustrated with this branch. I made a wire transfer back in January. I have to show proof so I've been calling for a receipt. The first time I called they found it and told me they would send it through email. It never came. I called on a Monday and when I was asking for the receipt I was cut off and they told me they would call me right back. Well it was more like two hours and they called while I was busy. The third time I called and they said they said they didn't have any records of my wire transfer and that I had called the wrong location. I didn't. The fourth time they said they would call me right back.

Just open accounts at Mira Mesa branch,I find them very helpful.Consultant ( Adam Silverstein )is very knowledgeable,courteous,and friendly.It would be good if US bank has few mores Adam,then they let go hundred of others

Service is good the people were unknowledgeable and courteous. I'm 81 years old, I have an older phone and I was having problems connecting to online Bank servers because I couldn't remember my password and I'm not very technical savvy. The teller tried to help me and when he couldn't help me the manager came over and worked on my phone until he got it to work he was very curious and very kind to take the time to help me with this problem. I've never had a bad experience in this branch. And I recommend US Bank to all my friends because they don't nickel and dime me to death like Chase Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America. I had a awful experience at this US bank branch, The branch manger himself was 30minutes late and resulted in the bank opening late as well. (3/16/22) also he was rude to his first customers walking in! I am very unsatisfied with that interaction. Please go to a different US bank branch...

Slowest bank I have ever gone to. Never have enough tellers. Always a very long wait in line. I cannot do my transactions digitally so i have to wait in the line.

The Manager "Ronnie" of this location is a joke!I've had multiple appointments scheduled with him in which he's never there for.I've also heard him be disrespectful to custom as well as his staff. He really don't need to be in this position any longer. Literally making the bank look bad. I will no longer be a customer of US Bank you can thank him for losing out on multiple business accounts.You would think with all these complaints on this Guy you would have cut ties a long time ago. All it really shows is you don't care for you company as a whole and are just trying to keep it Afloat "wonder why"

I came here to try and get a temporary card and cancel my card that was stolen before my international trip. I open the door at 9 o'clock when there is supposed to open and he comes out and tells me that they're not opening until 945 today. And some people have very serious urgent hours especially after a holiday weekend and I thought it was just very unprofessional of them. Now I am stuck going on my international trip without a card.
