US Bank is awful. They said the transition from Union Bank would be easy. It's been a nightmare. I'm closing my accounts and going to anybody but US Bank. If I could give a lower rating than 1 star - I would.

Edna and George are great, but they still can't help me. They've spent hours on this. We have 19,000 State Farm agents across the country and most of them have US Bank for premium fund accounts. All of a sudden you're bouncing all my checks from clients who make checks payable to State Farm insurance. No alert. No messaging. No reason why you're doing this. Terrible service from corporate. I have multiple accounts with US Bank and this is how I'm treated? We have had you guys for 20 years and all of a sudden you're bouncing my client's checks. Apparently this is how you operate. I will definitely be leaving with all of my accounts as soon as possible.

Where do I start... I'm not a fan of this bank. I've had multiple issues occurring with my card and account that haven't been solved. Today I called and after 20 minutes of nonsense was told "we won't take the charges." I waited 20 minutes for you to do nothing?!! Now I have to waste more time fixing my account when I shouldn't have been spending anytime to fix anything. Also I'm excited to close my account with this bank, all of the troubles and wasted time was unnecessary. I still don't have my issue solved and don't feel like spending more time on a phone when it's a simple fix, but here I go wasting more time to fix another issue. Avoid this bank, there are many great ones to choose from instead.

I've been with US Bank since 2011. It's now 2019. It would be difficult to find a more CONSUMER ADVOCATE-ORIENTED bank. Instead of charging every fee possible in the vast variety of money situations that arise in life, this bank shows it's customers the GOOD WiLL of trying to reduce or NOT CHARGE such fees. I will be opening many more accounts with US Bank in the very near future for both my businesses & my 501C3. US Bank team members have guided me along the way in ALL of my many endeavors. US Bank has been there for me when others were not. This bank is the family I wish I had. Seriously. Give this bank a try. You'll feel the consumer advocacy for yourself. Bank LOVE.
