I had a home equity line of credit with US bank and they charged me $89.94 escrow fee A MONTH for no reason, I'm sure it must have said Something in the small print. anyway I knew nothing of this until I paid off the line.. Then when I called to complain I was disconnected after ten minutes of waiting!

Regular customer at this branch. Friendly professional service at all times. Christina even explained the advantages of switching to a Red Go Visa and I earned $350 in the first month of use due to a promotion. I get 4 % cash back on restaurants.

I will never do business with u.s Bank in anyway. I used a visa ATM card that is associated with my brokerage account. I use this card all month with no problems at this ATM. Today I typed in my PIN number and it asked me if I would like to check my balance. I clicked yes. then the machine said that it would not return my card. I talked to the manager and she told me that their machines are serviced by a third party and they don't have control over their machines. I'm going on vacation tomorrow so I was withdrawing funds. Use their ATMs at your own risk. I talked to customer service on the phone andI talked to the manager at the branch. None of them had any interest in helping me get my card back. Robinhood unfortunately takes two weeks for me to receive a new card. U.s Bank associates only made excuses and didn't even try to help me. I will never do business with them just because of the customer service aspect. Plus, I worked at Bank of America for over 8 years. If a customer had a valid driver's license, we were always able to give them their card back if the machine took it. Completely unacceptable for a bank not to have control over their property. And taking people's property without a way to get it back is completely unethical. I'm actually very upset because no one even seemed to care or even try to make things right.

This bank never has a line since it's on USD's campus. The teller is always helpful and knowledgeable!

Staff was very attentive to my needs to open an account. Erika was super great! She helped me open a join account win my roommate with a lot of ease and she was very patient with us. Great customer service!
