Atm close by the entrance has a skimmer! Putting my card in one time cost me $2,040. Nobody will help me or has helped me at this bank nor did they shut the atm down!

They only had 1 teller working there, i waited for 20 mints before even being helped. What was really maddening was the teller who did finally open a second station had walked up to the end of the line of people waiting and helped too people that had just walk-in at the back end of the line and spent 5 mints with them before helping the people that had been Q-up and waiting for over 20 mints !!!

The best U.S. Bank Branch ever !Kenneth has become like a family member to my and my family run business for the past 5 years. All our needs are always met to perfection. Ahmad has also been very professional and courteous as well !

This is the best branch to go to do my banking stuff, I always go to Kenneth and Ashley. when I wanted to open my first credit card I didn't know anything about credit cards and I barely could speak and understand English, that time Kenneth been so patient with me and slowed down and tech me all the details so I could understand everything.I want to thank Kenneth for being so nice and friendly and also want to say thank you to the the manager Brittany H. Ferguson she did a great job in training her employees.I had a great customer service experience at this branch all this years.

No walk in transactions okay, but step up your drive through game US Bank! Only 2 cars ahead of me and it took 1/2 hr to make a deposit. Slowest branch in San Diego!

During covid they are only open at the drive thru. its incredibly slow! I waited in line w 2 cars in front of me for 15min, then took 30 min to deposit some cash and get change. This branch is taking their sweet time.... go somewhere else until they figure out how to do basic banking functions in a reasonable amount of time. This has happened repeatedly, not a one time incident. otherwise going into the bank when open they are fine.

I have been banking with US Bank since 2014. I would highly recommend this bank to anyone. The service is outstanding, when I have an issue I can call any branch and someone will be there ready to assist.

I have been banking at this branch for 7+ years and have always been happy with the service they give me. The interior design of the branch is unfortunate and needs a renovation... but that is not what it's about! It's about great customer service. I especially like working with Ashley, one of the tellers who is very friendly and helpful.

Sarah and Miles were FANTASTIC in helping us get our home equity line of credit together quickly and painlessly! They had it completed in a record time of about two weeks, about four weeks sooner than we expected. When we went in to sign the HELOC paperwork, they were helpful and efficient. If you're looking for a HELOC, ask for Miles and Sarah's help!

The rudest I have ever been treated in a bank the manager said I did not make enough money and the refused to help me when I been with bank for over 12 years I will never come here again may close my account

This branch of US Bank is so hard to get to! Because of its location, it's only really convenient to get to if you're coming from the hill near USD. If not, you have to turn in and cross on coming traffic, that can be really difficult because of how congested this area gets with university traffic. While the service has always been good here, I hate how hard it is to get here and don't recommend visiting this branch during peak hours.

I needed a safe deposit box. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. It was very efficient. I just wish the yearly fee had not increased as much over the years.
