I only gave this bank one star because there are no negative stars. JP is not helpful at all. This bank is possibly the worst. He said he knew how to do what I needed help with when it was Union Bank, but now that they are US Bank he doesn't know and walked away. The nice lady Sarai was very helpful.

I am writing this rating for the staff. Every person who works here is kind including the security guard. Even if you come to them with a stressful or annoying problem that isn’t able to be fixed, they are kind in demeanor and these days I really appreciate seeing that. Keep the kindness up it is needed.

Helped me out today after having an unpleasant experience at another branch. Had a nice interaction with the man who helped me. Will definitely go to this branch, even though the Washington St. branch is a lot closer to my house.

Horrible bank please don’t bother with this bank. Not enough employees and u have to stand in long lines, poor communication, they freeze your card, they’re awful with their service. Not fully trained employees so now you gotta wait for longer time to get one thing done. I had to close my account and be done with that bank. Not to mention is small bank so they’re awful with costumer service it’s just slow.

I'm from out of town and found this bank near our hotel. Worst experience at a US Bank that I've had. During the pandemic their updated hours aren't posted anywhere. Finally they opened and there's a line of about 10-12 people and only one teller working. The other two tellers are sitting in the window doing other things but not helping customers. In front of me in line there is a woman and when she goes up to the window the teller is apologetic and tells her that she apologizes for her wait. When the woman was done I went up and the teller didn't say anything to me about the wait. I tell her how much money I need to withdraw as they didn't have withdrawal slips because it was outside. She responds by asking me if I had an account. (Why would I not have an account if I'm there to withdraw money from a teller and not an ATM). She's not friendly and asks me my account number several time. Finally she counts the cash and gives it to me. This was on 5/30 at 9:40am when I finally got to the window.

Horrible service from their loan officers. Unresponsive and do not return phone calls or emails. Incompetent and constantly misinformed me. Twelve days into working on a loan with these idiots and I went with bank of the west and got approve in less than a day! US Bank is a complete waste of time!

They have both outside walk up and drive through ATMS, which is rare for US Bank.

I went into this branch near closing time (thinking they closed at 6pm, not 5pm) and needed to cash in some savings bonds. Samantha came over to the teller line and offered to help me at her desk. I'm not a customer, which I told her up front, but she was still very kind and took good care of me, even though my husband and I were in the bank until after closing hours. It's nice to experience kind people and good service.
