If something is sold out - a customer should be allowed to request an item of clothing be removed from the mannequin. I was informed this wasn't possible because "pictures" had not yet been taken.In this specific circumstance it could have easily been replaced with an alternative size. Bad shopping experience.CHANGE THIS POLICY

I came in March 16 and there were two young women, a beautiful African American girl that worked the fitting rooms and a girl named Leah. Both went above and beyond to assist me as a customer. Leah went as far as catching me before leaving the store with the product I was looking for. She was so keen to help. Deserves a raise.
