The style mostly young generation. My daughter loves the store but this location was for the first time. Very neat.There’s a boys section at back as well. Caps and sweats and shirts are great.

So this experience has nothing to do with a shopping experience, but I was at a nearby restaurant when my date made me feel extremely unsafe. I managed to get away and hid behind a large pallet display in the Urban Outfitters nearby.I didn't catch her name, but the lady in the dressing room opened a room for me, told me I could stay as long as I needed, put an X on the door to deter other associates from bothering me, and came back with a box of tissues. It was overwhelming how thoughtful and genuine she was and I am so grateful!

Really bright and well set up. Organized, clean and staff very friendly and helpful.Wish there was a little bigger/varied size range. Clothes were very cute but quite expensive.

Customer service is horrible and unprofessional employees. Employees make mistakes ringing up items on sale and have no clue how to do priceadjustments.

I don't like Urban Outfitters clothes that much but I love looking in their vintage section to see if they have any gems. I was here in late June and this location sadly doesn't have a vintage section, but I'd like to dedicate this review to one associate in particular. I didn't catch her name but when I asked if they had a vintage section, she ran around the store (even grabbing old stock from the back) to gather up all the Urban Renewal items she could find and bring them to me. I would've understood if she just said "no, we don't have a vintage section" but instead she dedicated so much of her time to helping me get what I want! I've never seen a UO associate take such good care of customers so thank you to her for making this memorable experience :)

had an online order to pick up and this is my second time coming here - it's like a hit or miss to get a friendly worker to help you out. most of the time, the ladies that work here either look like they hate their job and/or people and it seems like they don't want to be there. you literally work at a store next to the beach and probably get a lot of foot traffic because of that. there's always only one cashier helping a long line of people with another worker doing something else at the front. i literally have to stand in the same line of people who are there to pay for their items while i'm just picking something up that was already paid for because no other worker wants to help ring people up.
