They wanna charge me $2.14 for printing the single-page shipping label that I received form the seller for my return. It was a very heavy box, I had to carry it back to my car and find a printer. What can I say, it sucks.

I have been a customer/mailbox owner with this location for 5 years now and I really like the atomsphere created by the manager there - Matilda. She is one of the best store managers I came across as a small business owner. She leads her team by demonstrating courteousness, politeness and an unmatched sense of client service. She would greet customers by names, and I was pleasantly surprised that she even remembers my mailbox number!
I would steal her away if I get a chance :)

I had a mailbox with them for years and have nothing but praises for them and their staff. They are always helpful, never complained when I asked for help with packages (there were a lot) and overall had a nice professional atmosphere. I never shipped anything myself but would often here the staff giving honest opinions for shipping options even if it meant letting the customer know they could save a couple bucks by going through USPS. If I still lived in the area I would very likely still be using them.

I came in for passport photos. Julianna, Khady, Sam & Ray were great! I had to come back to redo them due to the restrictions that got added by my consulate. They did not want the standard photos, but wanted a more close-up shot.The whole team was very understanding and diligent. They were patient and generous with their effort and time. Thank you Julianna for indulging! Top tier service at this UPS store 9450 Mira Mesa Blvd.!

This UPS Store is my go to UPS Store, they're fast and can provide answers quickly. Especially Raymond, there was a long line that popped up out of nowhere and he helped 6 people in a matter of a few minutes, getting them everything they needed.

There is this guy there named Raymond. He.is.awesome. I go in often for shipping purposes and he always greets me with a smile and my first name. He also gets my packing needs right. I appreciate his hard work ethic.
