Be careful to use desktop. I use the desktop in the store for a minute, and they charge one hour desktop usage fee (to print one piece of paper) ! The staff do not have any common sense at all nor trying to care customers.

Although I completely understand that Amazon returns can often be a complicated process, one of the store attendants here made it a terrible experience. I was aware that I needed to print my return label, but Amazon didn't say that I needed a box/bag. UPS either needs to be more understanding or figure out a way to communicate their policy needs to Amazon, because as a customer it's difficult to be the middle-man. I had to come by three times to return this one package, and as a college student it was extremely frustrating (especially when the attendant wasn't being understanding to my situation). I ended up just buying a bag to finish the return because I was so tired. I also work in customer service, so I understand policy can't be changed easily, but I definitely won't be visiting this location again for the poor retail experience I had with this attendant.

I've done business with this UPS Store twice with subpar experiences and service.The icing on the cake this last time was with my Amazon return in which I was instructed by Amazon to take the package to the UPS Store without a need for box or label. I followed the instructions but when I got there, Anthony, who represents himself as the manager, refused my drop off without a print out instead of my phone scan. He told me I needed to pay $4.99 to make the copy myself and bring it to him!!!The first time was sending an overnight UPS envelope where all they had to do was literally give me a payment receipt. Everything was ready to go but payment. I was charged double the amount. I understand convenience and service but, there wasn't any service other than ordinary. Not even a smile! I will not recommend or return. I do quite a bit of business at UPS stores and I've never encountered such bad service. I will give a thumbs up to the other employee there. He had gray hair and was very good in helping the elderly woman next to me. Thumbs down to Anthony! He represents his store in a less than professional manner.

Unfriendly, not welcoming service here. Staff seem unhappy to be there. Also, exorbitant prices for basic services. Other locations are friendlier and more helpful, suggesting economical options without the attitude.

They charge $4 for one single label to be printed. UPS us a chain and should be consistent within all stores. I usually go to the one in Pacific Beach and have never had this problem.

I always go to this UPS to delivery my things. James is always so helpful, such a friendly guy, always doing his best! I hope he gets recognized!!

I came to quickly drop off 4 packages and definitely had no expectations, but Derrick was super helpful, kind, made us laugh! He made it a 5 star experience for sure- would recommend this UPS location for friendly & quick service :)

This used to be my favorite ups location. The workers are extremely attentive and kind yet I don’t like the change to all the computers and self serve items in the store. I really enjoyed being able to say hello to the agents working and checking in on them each time I dropped off my packages whether it was daily or weekly while running my business. The increase in automation within the store has decreased the lines but removes the joy of being able to say hello to the workers. Other than that the store is very well maintained and enjoyable.

James and Taylor were incredibly helpful. I had a return I didn’t realize I needed to box and they went above and beyond to find the most affordable option for me and packed it for me perfectly

They always seem to do everything they can to complete your overall satisfaction. They take the extra steps necessary to get your package to where it is supposed to go.

My handler Tori was very efficient and helpful. She took care of what I needed to do and also ensured to double check with me in case I have other details I may have missed.She went above and beyond by also taking care of another customer while I had to write something out that didn't require her assistance yet.All the while she got back to me almost as soon as I needed her service again. This demonstrates excellent individual service and be aware of the store's efficiency as a whole.

I recently moved to SD , and went to this UPS location today to return an item from Amazon. When I processed the return on the Amazon website, it said packaging wasn’t needed. However, when I took the item to UPS & pulled up the QR code, it said underneath “customer package”. So strange! I explained this to the young man at the counter and he said “One sec”, and he went to find a box for my item. He went out of his way to do this which I was grateful for. He did not have to do that! I didn’t catch his name, but based on him I give this UPS location 5 stars for excellent customer service.
