The people who worked in this distribution building are so helpful that we feel they deserve to be appreciated for their hard work. We wish that this distribution building is open for business on Saturday because UPS distribution offices in Chula Vista and San Marcos has been open on Saturday.

This location is full of incompetent staff and needs to fire everyone and start again. A new manager is desperately needed due to the current one destroying the integrity of UPS. I paid a lot of money to overnight a package to my kid for exams and it was to be there on Monday. Due to the driver being lazy and not wanting to walk up a set of stairs he decided to lie and say he needed a code, which you do not need at this apartment complex. I contacted customer service who kept repeating his lie even though we told them many times it was not true. We even sent a photo with arrows to help the driver and he pulls it again today even though dispatch was to call me prior to sending it out. Now they want my kid to come get it from them bc doing the job they are paid for is just beneath them. I still have yet to get a call about this and the manager has now not only taken $170 for the overnight shipping I paid for but also has stolen the $130 in the package they are holding hostage and refuse to speak to me on. Glad UPS backs this location for stealing and lying. My location is now involved and my bank is next to file fraud. Do not go here! Do not waste your money or time! Use anyone else but UPS.

They said they would hold my package as they failed to deliver it 4 times (I was home all 4 of these times). I contacted UPS, this specific office and I was told it was going to be held for me for pickup. Little did I know it was already shipped back to sender (out of country too). Now I have to repay for shipping and wait for my package. This whole process took 3 weeks just for me not to receive my package. Very terrible service.

Had an issue with delivery and was directed to the Customer Center to pick up my package. Tara and Robyn were on evening duty and happily searched the trucks to find my package - very happily surprised with their enthusiasm and professionalism.

Had a problem with the driver not recognizing that i wanted my package delivered to a UPS ACCESS POINT location. He left without dropping it off,, so i called support which had really nice filipinos that contacted the ups headquarters that must have contacted the driver because my box was dropped off correctly at the CVS ups access point location within an hour after calling support. I was fristrated at first tho.

This is the worst UPS facility in San Diego. The drivers lie and say your not home because they want to get off early. Recently this office as lost multiple packages. I would rather pick up my packages then have the driver drop it off. Very awful & poor service
