5 stars for Ciara’s personable & efficient service assisting me with my large amount of returns! I thought it would take much longer to complete it all, but to my surprise, I was in & out of the store. Conveniently located just blocks away from the ocean & plenty of parking in the lot.

Dropped in on a busy Friday, line was sort of long. Buuuuuut... This store team is legit! Everybody was working hard, courteous, and helpful. They burned through the line super fast.I had to ship skiis - and they had some good tips to save on shipping and wrapped everything with care.Highly recommended!

They sent back 2 obvious cards. Cards for 2 little kids. Sent back for no good reason. The address was correct. And when asked by phone, they were mocking and ignorant. Racist? Probably. The guy said his name was "Chris". Didn't get the young ladies name. 5 stars. So it will be read.

You have an employee named Minah that provided a level of customer service that far exceeded anything I’ve experienced in a very long time. She was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and everything was done with such a refreshing attitude and smile that they literally made my day! P.S.not a relative?

The manager of the facility is absolutely disgustingly rude. He laughed in my face and had other colleagues come around and watch. He refused to even speak to me when I asked him why did they just throw my box that I had just asked him to make fragile. Now I have a broken keyboard and I will not be held responsible for this.

Ive been coming here for years Because the service team is the Best! Malik went above and beyond this week to help me.The whole staff is so professional and friendly. I highly recommend this package and shipping store, if you're looking for one. They're efficient and it even feels clean in there. I honestly don't even live in PB anymore and have a few closer choices but it's worth driving the extra mile for the Excellent service!! Thanks UPS on Garnet:) You ALL Rock! It is the second time this week I was waiting for a package and they sent them back to China (they were from SHEIN) because "address was incomplete" and it was NOT.That's so frustrating, I've been waiting for two weeks and when they have to deliver it, they send it back .TWICE this week ?
