Devone was very professional and nice. He was so helpful! He was so efficient in the process of me shipping heavy amplifiers. I was a happy customer leaving the store! I had previously went to another UPS store on 9187 Claremont Mesa Blvd and the lady there was so unhelpful! She informed me to take it to a different UPS yet that store was also a UPS store! Thanks Devone for your professionalism!

Went to the UPS located at this 5663 Balboa Ave. Jake was so polite and helpful when he notarized a document for me. He was very thorough on the process.
Later came in again to get documents scanned. Again Jake politely helped me out. He provides excellent customer service! Thanks Jake!

Devone Kritz-Dubois may look young in years but often looks are deceiving. He is wise and talented way beyond his years.Devone helps me with the only family and friends’ gifts I enjoy giving. I provide the photos and he designs the formatting for my incredible 12 by 12 canvas presentations.Once Devone receives them completed and back in the store, then I do my artwork on top of the canvas and my recipients have a keepsake like no other!Also, Devone has the patience of a lion tamer. I have personally witnessed his calm demeanor, intelligent business acumen, and outstanding customer service skills in the midst of irritated customer conversations. Smooth like butter. Top notch professionalism even when he has to say no to an irrational customer request. That is the Devone Kritz-Dubois that I have come to know and love. Thank you for reading!

My dad came to this UPS location to dropped off a prepaid return from AT&T and of course he lost the reciept and AT&T wanted to charge him for the lost device. So I called and Michelle was able to help us locate the tracking number to provide to AT&T so that we didn’t have to pay the fine. I don’t usually leave a review but Michelle went out of her way to help my dad. She helped him in person, communicated with AT&T rep on the phone, and follow up on the situation. Thank you so much Michelle!

Devon was the kindest soul. He was so friendly and helpful. Personable with everyone that walked into the store. This was a great experience today. I had several returns and he was patient and told me what to do with some of my returns to ATT. I got flustered and he said no problem take your time when I couldn’t find my account number. I steeped aside to find it while he helped another customer that also had a lengthy transaction. He was sweet to her also. Then he ended helping us at the same time. She and I complimented him on how awesome he was. We both said it’s so rare nowadays to get good customer service. Devon needs a raise ASAP!! Thank you for you outstanding assistance today 11/9/23

I drop off to this UPS store regularly small packages. Every other week I have large boxes to drop off. All my packages are pre paid ready to go, just need to be scanned to get a receipt. Every time I have large boxes they have something new to tell me, I’ve been told the ups driver doesn’t like many boxes because his truck gets filled up quickly and they have to call another truck. Today I dropped off 9 boxes and I they told today was the last day a person can drop off that many boxes, starting tomorrow it’s only 5 per person. I would like clarification on this if it’s true. Which I believe it’s not.There’s no sign at the door or anything. I believe the workers don’t like doing their job. I keep coming back to this store because it’s the closest to my house. Even tho I been told by the workers that I should drop off at other UPS locations.

I just want to recognize Jonathan. He said he was covering someone today and all the other employees left him by himself. He was super friendly, fast customer service and professional. He needs a promotion or a raise. He is the best ups employee I have ever seen at this location.
