Stopped in today to ship some boxes for my move to Colorado. I needed to print some labels to attach to the boxes first. Leilani was so helpful and kind, while she printed the labels for me (after letting me know to attach all 4 to one email so I’d only pay one computer fee) she told me to start bringing the boxes in. She attached the labels for me (I offered to do it with the tape I brought) and was just so kind and helpful. I didn’t catch the name of the male employee who also told me to attach all labels to one email and he helped me correct the email address to send them to. Friendly staff, quick service! Thanks yall! Your customer service made my day and I appreciate you!

Wanted to give Kevin and Eric a big shoutout for going above and beyond on a recent print project I submitted to them. The project was new to them, but they were kind enough to attempt it multiple times to get the project done perfectly. Kevin called me multiple times to be sure he was making the perfect invitation for our event, and it did not go unnoticed. I truly appreciate them taking the time to help me create and print the perfect invitation for our event. Thank you Kevin and Eric!

The help I received was a huge relief from my uncertainty about the delivery destination address of which I had no idea how to locate it and the online information was very confusing because it had more than one address listed as the location of the delivery order that I was supposed to send my (very important) documents to. I had asked a few people from a different postal office (not a UPS company but one that I never had heard of before and forgot the name of so that says something about the service they provided me because I didn’t even feel comfortable with sending my documents out and I left that postal store in a more confused state than I was originally, so I just decided that I would go to UPS and try to get a little more help with the task of looking up the address that I needed and I was pleasantly surprised that I had gotten so much more than what I could imagine I could by the way I could finally be done with my search for the information that I just couldn’t find myself and I didn’t have to waste any more time and energy thanks to the tremendous effort in providing me the best service I could have gotten and the reassuring words that helped me get relaxed throughout the process that the UPS cashier gave me is so appreciated by me. I just wish I could return the same kindness that she gave me while attempting to look into the matter and it is so much better than what I had hoped for thanks to the wonderful cashier at the UPS store. She is a great worker and a model employee who deserves some credit and I am sure that she is very helpful to many others as well. I am still so impressed by how fast and easy it took her to find out all the information I needed and she made sure everything was correct and properly handled so that I didn’t have to worry about the potential for any problems in the future or that the important documents were going to the right place so because of all these things I have mentioned, I am going to complete this review with a very big thank you shout out to let her know that I am so grateful and lucky to have been assisted by her that day and thank her for everything she did to help me. Unfortunately I don’t remember her name but I wish her the best of luck and may she continue the wonderful service that shows how much of a caring person and a wonderful representation of UPS employees and the kind of service that they can provide customers.. it’s rare nowadays!

This is a small store located in the grocery outlet shopping center off Waring Road. Eric and Lauretta were extremely helpful, patient and kind. I sincerely appreciated their positive attitudes and sense of urgency to work quickly to get the line down without compromising the customer experience. They went above and beyond to assist me during a busy time and I really appreciated it. They are hard working and the store is small but clean. I would definitely come back. Thanks for the excellent service and kindness!

This UPS has the lowest level of customer service of any location I've been too. Tried to give it multiple chances since it's now closer than my previous UPS store. Unfortunately, the unfriendly staff provides zero customer service. As a business that ships about 50 items a month, they refused to create a return label for a shipment that needed to be returned. Other UPS stores do this with a smile since they already have the size and weight of the shipment on file. Not this one.This store is incapable being a shipping partner, because they refuse to do so. I'll be heading back to my previous location that understands the value of servicing its repeat customers.

Eric was very helpful. Came in to ask about a first shipment for my business sales out of state, told him i wasnt looking to send it out just comparing rates.Gave me the amount which was more than Usps and told me usps is best for smaller items and ups will be better for bigger heavier items.
