I use this location for package pickup and returns and always have a pleasant experience the staff is always friendly despite me coming near close. I’ve never had an issue considering the countless times I’ve been here.

I just went to this store and I asked the cashier guy to re -tape the small box and he said he won't do that also I said always when I go to the ups store in different location they tape it and I've never get any issues of that and he said unprofessionaly way to me you" can go to another store to do it for you" I'll never ever come back again and I'll let others as well
He's look like an Asian guy

I went there to drop off an expensive return item, and the gentleman working the cash register was not pleasant. I asked if he could help re-tape the box, which he agreed to do, and after giving him the package and taking a few steps out of the door, I decided to go back and ask if he could add just a little bit more tape, since it was an expensive item, and I felt that not enough tape was used initially. When I asked the worker if he could add more, his behavior was so unprofessional, that it was comical, and I couldn't help but wonder if I was being recorded for some show akin to "Punked." When I said I was worried about the safe transport of a $500 item, he scoffed, looked at his coworker, and said, "It's Only $500." Needless to say, I will not be going back to this location.

I have always had pleasant interactions with the UPS staff at the El Cajon Blvd location. However, I want to give HUGE HALOS to Sean. I recently relocated cross country and had artwork/paintings and other items that required wrapping and shipping. Sean eased my concerns with his professionalism and knowledge. He patiently answered my questions and walked me through his thoughts on how to ship the items. I dropped off my precious cargo, and Sean took care of the rest. I am now in my new home state, and the shipped items are perfect. The Hugest Thank You to Sean. You rock!

On several occasions I have made shipments to this place, and I don't know what it is, the fact that the default rates change, I have returned Amazon packages that are supposed to be "with free returns with UPS, and this Storage is included, you present the digital label that they send you, whether it's Amazon or another one you bought with, and they charge you, and after traveling to the place, fighting for parking, and if you show them that the label says free shipping, they look for many excuses and charge you , and among some returns, that Amazon ended up charging for a package that they sent, for which at the time of shipping they requested by email the return confirmation and a partial refund, and after a month, they took away the refund from me, Amazon claims that they never It arrived at its destination, and obviously disputed, but Amazon is another one that has changed its attention.

I have had three packages lost, stolen, or misplaced by this UPS store. UPS and FedEx have delivered packages and said it was good on their end. The manager has apologized in the past for telling us that our packages were not delivered and that he had misplaced them. The staff is unfriendly, nonchalant, and condensing. I ordered two pairs of shoes from Finishline. One of the shoes was delivered and the other wasn't. The manager comes off as disengaged, unsympathetic, and not empathetic of anyone's situation. The second pair of shoes said they were delivered but he said they were not here. Those second pair of shoes were rare Allen Iverson Reebok Mids that they rarely sell anymore. The owner, manager, and staff here are always unstaffed, rude, awful, inconsiderate, insensitive, disrespectful, and unethical. This UPS Store does not support their Active Military and Veterans.

Went there for the notary service. I called first to make sure the notary was there. She was, but only until 2pm. That was fine, as it gave me some time to get my elderly father ready. When we got there, we didn't have to wait long. She was really nice and it made things go quickly that I had everything laid out and prepped for her. (Not my first notary rodeo.) She checked to make sure I did everything okay and if the color of ink mattered (it does on some documents) and before you knew it, we were done! I would've never have thought to come to a UPS store for notary service. If my bank hadn't have had their notary on vacation, I would've never looked for an alternative. Bottom line, if you're looking for some notary service, you can't go wrong coming here. I would suggest calling first, just in case.

Despite the disappointment of UPS losing my package and it being the busiest time of year for them, Sean was communicative with me and made sure I was taken care of. I am so thankful for the follow-up and willingness to help by filing a lost package claim and making sure I'm compensated for the loss. Thank you so much Sean!

I have a PO box here and I do a lot of online shopping so I come here frequently with my fiance. We are always treated with respect and feel taken care of. The owner is thoughtful and does his best to help out in any way. Bailey, one of the employees is always so kind. Every time we come in, shes made us feel welcome by greeting us and already having our packages up front and ready! As regulars, we feel very satisfied with this location:)

I usually never do comments but I went in to return an Amazon item, and the lady at the counter was very rude and unpleasant. As I told her I don’t know how to do the return. This is my first return so she decided to talk to me like a child and be rude when I asked her if there was someone else who could help me I would never go to this place again.

This is a very bad service, I can't even express it in words! A very important document is lost! they answer rudely !!!! now they told me to wait 2 weeks, I can't work without this document! if possible, avoid this service! it's just a horror, not a service
