THANK YOU Umarie (I hope I spelled that right!) and Scott for your help!! I try not to ever buy large stuff from Amazon, but did, and ended up returning it. Umarie did some magic tricks getting it back in the box (hahaha) and Scott was patient with me and my QR code meltdown! THANKS AGAIN TO YOU BOTH!! :)

They now have multiple self-service stations for scanning labels and codes from your phone or email. Super fast and easy.Great service and helpfulness. Unlike other places, they had extra tape/tape guns and box cutters (free) I could use when I had to open one of the sealed boxes I was shipping.Especially considering the location, I was pleasantly surprised with street parking and even a parking garage accessible around the side/back of the building complex.

Marcus - customer service -UPS-This review is about an employee there - who i felt went above & beyond to assist me. His name is Marcus. For the 3rd time this month Amazon has sent me the wrong product I ordered.Incompetence at it finest. I'm recovering from some health issues and lifting anything is a problem. Marcus came right over, picked it up and proceeded to tape it. He asked for the UPS return label- but no matter what I chose - Refund or Replacement- AMAZON'S WEBSITE wouldn't allow me to view/print a return label.Marcus was very patient, remained professional and suggested I get my phone to help me further. The line was getting longer at UPS.There was 1 tall man helping at a register, while 2 women were at a table wrapping. I went to my car, got my cell - and of course, it was dead.Marcus then plugged it in the back of the UPS shoppe for a charge- while juggling helping other customers, running packages, helping USPS, He Never skipped a beat working. After about 10 minutes, he handed me my phone- I went to the Amazon site again and after my 4 attempts he was able to find the UPS return label area - so that i could send this package problem back. A few times 1 woman came to help the long line...I'm an employer and the way I was treated by Marcus with non-stop professionalism, kindness, making suggestions, immediately offering tohelp me- trust me - he's a keeper. Someone I would want working with me. He was the hardest working person I observed there- all the while being nice & patient with everyone. Glad I came in today.

Every UPS store I've ever been to is always feeling robotic and impersonal. Not this store, however. Employees there are super friendly and super helpful.

Kristina went above and beyond to help me print my resume to find a job in San Diego. I am new to the city and was stressed out and she was able to help me figure out exactly what I needed and provided a very warm and friendly attitude that made me feel at home. Kristina is a ROCKSTAR.

Avoid this branch like the plague. Useless employees that have no information and can do nothing because they claim they “don’t work for UPS, they just work for a branch“. $1400 frozen food package. Sent 2-day instead of 3-day. Which costs more. Delivery estimate now is 3 days. I called the 800 number to find out why. The UPS 800 number said there was a problem with the shipment and I have to call the local branch. It repeatedly hung up on me and said “I can’t let you speak to a representative”. So I called the branch. I got a Samoan sounding dude who repeatedly said he has nothing to do with UPS. Which makes absolutely no sense. He even talked trash about the UPS company saying that the branches were just a way for them to milk money out of people. I didn’t care about that. I needed information on my shipment. I told him there was a problem with my order. He went on the Internet and tracked it like a monkey could’ve done. He again said he didn’t have any information because he doesn’t work for UPS. I asked him why it’s not getting here in two days. He said it’s not guaranteed when you select two days. I asked him if two days is more expensive than three day. He said yes. So you charge more, but then you deliver it late, and you don’t offer any guarantees. That doesn’t make any sense. As I start getting more upset with this useless individual, he started intentionally speaking over me because he thought it was funny that I was getting upset. Literally every time I would try to talk, he would start talking on purpose like a child. As this continued, I informed him I was going to destroy their reputation on the Internet with one star reviews because I am not going to deal with unprofessional children. If my $2000 worth of frozen food is ruined, I will be suing this non-UPS local branch for the cost of shipping plus the cost of ruined products. You can talk over me and giggle like a child in the court room. I am done being treated like dirt by people who never went to college and think they have no consequences.

Friendly, helpful and the print procedure was Soo much faster, easier without the headache of trying to get stuff printed at FedEx, and it was also substantially cheaper. ?????

Scott is the most helpful guy in the world!!! He is friendly, kind, and knowledgable every time. One time he stayed late just to help me with a print job I couldn't figure out. This guy deserves a raise. I love coming here. Caroline

Visited this UPS store recently and was impressed with the efficiency and speed. Allen, the staff member assisting me, was professional and made the process incredibly smooth. Quick, easy, and reliable.
