I’ve been coming to the location for the past two years or so, and I’ve been meaning to leave a review for how kind and helpful Bobby is, but somehow I would always forget by the time I got home. Anyway, I finally remembered today and just wanted to highlight how kind Bobby is and how I always have a very enjoyable experience at this UPS thanks to him. :)

Special thanks to Mylenn for such friendly and patient service with my dozens of Amazon returns ? (Thanks also to Jason and Marcos, who have helped me in the past). The Amazon kiosk is also very convenient if you have fewer returns.

There's a reason this place has 3.x stars. If the tape on your package is slightly loose and you need to borrow a piece or two of theirs they will charge you $5. It's as if they aren't making money by shipping out UPS packages, they need to choose the profit margin by charging for tape? Come on management.

Love this spot - the paper products for sale are pricey however the best quality. Easy in and out for dropping off pre-labelled items as well as sending a package.

I went to this location a while ago trying to send a package that contained some padres gear and clothes for my grandson. A short bald guy named Eric helped me with the package.I should’ve known by the way he placed the shipping label on the box that the package wouldn’t arrive to its destination. He barely placed the sticker on the box were it was very easy to remove.Needless to say the package never arrived to the destination as I believe Eric stole my stuff.. I tried to file a claim but was denied for some strange reason. Avoid this location because your packages may end upMissing and there is nothing you can do about it.

The customer service at this store is amazing:) The Woman that helped me was super helpful and just lovely to be around with the biggest smile Her Name was Melissa and she definitely went above and beyond to help me out.. aI definitely will be going there a lot more to handle my business she made it so easy for me I really appreciate all your hard work.. ?
