Staff was rude there I asked twice a question and by the 3rd time she hurried me along and didn't even send my return back correctly to Spectrum. Really makes me nervous she's handling important mailings going through there. Staff needs retraining if your going to partner with someone like Spectrum. Now I have to re-explain to spectrum that I send something cause she didn't scan everything. Especially when my question was is this all I need to send back.

Eric helped me mail a package and was incredible - super efficient, friendly, and extremely helpful. A+ customer service.Made the process seamless and I appreciate both Eric and the rest of the UPS staff at this location. Thanks again!

I’ve never been to a business where the sole person at the counter can ignore a customer for so long OR have the service reps complete s transaction without uttering a word to the customer. Dont know what has happened in this place, but Bobby needs to be nicer to people.

Spent 45 min trying to print 5 pages and take a passport photo. Not one employee at this location knows how the printer works which is ridiculous. Finally, after multiple attempts, they figured out which paper tray needed to be filled out in order for it to work. Then, they took the passport photos... he did know how to take a picture but that was useless bc he didn't know how to properly print it. It was literally printed on The Same Printer as where they print paper documents... it was supposed to be a photo, not printed on photo paper. That was my first time taking a photo at UPS, I was surprised, but thought maybe that's just how they do it. I was wrong - I called another UPS and they said they print an actual photo.Clearly, not one employee knew about how to properly do it at this location unfortunately. I spent 45 min trying to print 2 pics! It was a nightmare which resulted in unacceptable pictures - pretty much I wasted my time for nothing and was late for my appointment. I didn't expect it would take so long or be so difficult to do. I'm writing this review hoping that the staff will receive proper training to avoid situations like this.

I went to FedEx in Hillcrest and they quoted me a ridiculous (almost $300) amount to print off around 150 normal sized paper prints. When I mentioned that sounded steep, the employee just kinda shrugged her shoulders. I immediately left without having any prints made. 10 minutes later I walk into this UPS store. Eric - the manager - worked with me with great customer care and insight to what I actually needed. He got everything done right then, didn’t charge me a “same day fee” like FedEx and - again - exceptional customer service skills. I will be back as I’m constantly printing off stuff for work presentations.

Amazing staff! I was returning a very heavy package and one of the store associates came out to help me today!! He got a rolling cart out for me right when I was about to carry my package into the store! The gentlemen had tattoos and very nice!

We used them because of location but no more. The employees barely acknowledge you & whatever you do don't ship anything overseas. We took an item to be returned to the Uk & the employee had no idea of rates. Told us he would call us with the pricing & details. After 2 months the package never arrived. After calling the store the employee told us to email the manager Eric which we did. He never responded so I went in. He had no idea what I was talking about. After explaining he said they weren't responsible because they sent it usps. They offered to open a claim on our behalf which he never did. After going into the store several times over 2 more months ( which each time he had no idea what the problem was) and trying to follow up he just kept saying he was following up but truly was just stringing us along. Told us to call his cell which he never answered, said he was going to talk to the owner which he never did, asked me to text him which he never responded to. Finally we are out the cost of the item, the cost of shipping and they won because I have no more energy to chase them.

Showed up to drop three big boxes for a client. Right away Brayden greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. I said I was good to go, but he insisted to help offload the boxes. Extremely nice guy and very helpful. This will be my go to UPS spot for now on. Five stars for the store six stars for Brayden!

There have been multiple occasions where this UPS does not open on time, or even within an hour of opening. I'm not sure if it's a shortage of staff, but even the business next door has mentioned that this UPS is consistent in being inconsistently late with opening. I would recommend calling to make sure someone is there before arriving anywhere within two hours of opening hours.

I normally visit my neighborhood UPS store in Hillcrest for Amazon returns and the team here consistently provides excellent customer service and quick, no hassle returns! However, I recently stopped by to print my wedding save the date invitations and received excellent customer service from GM, Eric. He went above and beyond to ensure I received the highest quality prints and service from this location. Beyond impressed and thankful.
