I paid 8.37 dollars for 3 copies. They don't tell you they are going to change you for using their computer. They are running a scam!

They suck. I have dropped off packages twice to be delivered the next day and twice I had to track the package and coming to find out it was still sitting at the drop off store when it was supposed to be delivered. Will not be using that store for packages just to return items to amazon, that's all that they are good for.

Had a great experience at the UPS store at 37th & Spruce. Had to get a few things notarized and copied for my dad and they were so patient with us. Nate and Mike helped us with everything we needed and assisted with all the copies we had to make. They were very helpful and it was very much appreciated! Thank you for the wonderful customer service!

I was in this 3720 Spruce Store. I have the wonderful pleasure of Tony assisting me with printing and working with legal documents.The store was very busy with after hours customers. Tony was working alone and was so positive, friendl, and helpful to everyone. Answering questions and assisting everyone. Such a delightful human, especially with dealing with so many people needing imm assistance.I hope he is recognized for his above and beyond efforts.I definitely am grateful to have he help me.Stef

Did UPS sto was very convenient and easily located on University of Pennsylvania campus. I was able to find parking on a Friday at approximately 530. Is this something that is very rare. Once inside the store was very organized you can clearly see any packing need that you may want to purchase in advance. I have been to some stores were packages and trash was thrown randomly around but not in this store. The young man at the register was helpful and polite he answered my questions and detail. He asked questions and offered information, provided me a receipt and off everything went and so far on time.

I can honestly say the UPS website is the worst most user unfriendly and bug prone site I have ever used. It is awful.

I came into this store this past Monday. It was very busy with a line almost out the door, and I almost left, but I really needed the services and couldn't figure out a better time during the week to come back so I decided to wait it out. The associates at the desk were very helpful even with how many customers there were. I am very impressed with the level of customer service at this location. I needed help using the copier machine and was met with patience and compassion when I was feeling frustrated. Just wanted to leave a review because I really appreciated the help.

I just left this location. The sales associate was rude. I came in with an info notice from UPS and he refused to look up the information in the system. I had to look the information up myself to prove that I had requested the item to be held at this location. He was very nasty. I would not recommend this location at all. If you don't know how to do your job just say that!

The guys at this location are awesome. Especially Nate! He is very friendly and helpful. Whenever I visit this spot it's always a breeze to ship out my packages.

Store and cashiers are great - a UPS Store is a UPS Store. Leaving this review for the UPS driver arriving at the store, who rudely shouted "Take your time!" sarcastically and almost ran me over (as I had a walk signal and was in the right of way crossing the street) nearby. So.. just a review to beware of the angry, passive aggressive drivers in five ton UPS trucks driving towards the store. Be careful!

I went in today in need of boxes they had just ran out of. Let me tell you these guys were ready to help fix my problem and stay within my budget. I couldnt ask for better customer service. These are my go to boys for shipping.

Had to send a large and expensive package to Canada, and Kevin handled everything for us. When it got stuck in customs, Kevin was greatly helpful in coordinating across multiple parties to get the appropriate paperwork across and was great at communicating updates. Kevin is the man to get the job done, give him a promotion!
