The fact that the shipping cost was already paid for and then I have to pay an additional $6.37 for you to open an email to print the shipping label is why I’ll never use your shipping services again. $6 to open and email and print and another $0.35 for a sheet of printer paper is crazy. I didn’t even get a sticky label to ensure that the label doesn’t fall off during ship is crazy. FedEx and the Post office doesn’t charge a red cent to print a label that was already paid for tells me they will ONLY get my service.

Reve was phenomenal! I came in and there was line, she had us all out that door, with a smile on her face the whole time even with the testy customers!
She’s a superstar!
This isn’t the first time Reve has provided 10 start service, I keep coming back because of her smiling face, and she’s a wizard when it comes to lines and fussy people!
We need more people like Reve in this world!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Little Asian girl at the front desk was extremely rude when I came into to ask about a refund about my package being delayed.
Paid $90 dollars to have a package shipped, which I was told at the time of purchase would be guaranteed to be delivered by a certain date. When I contacted customer service, I was told to go into the store to discuss refunds. When I went into the store, the told me to go online. Overpriced, unreliable, and terrible customer service. Use fed ex or usps if you can. Especially at this location and especially if the little Asian girl wearing a mask is working. Rude, not helpful and terrible customer service at this location.

One employee, a nice man named Nate on Wednesday, 4/17/24, helped me immensely. I'm a resident of the area where this UPS store is located & I have a small mom & pop Ebay store & once in a while drop off mail in their outgoing bin; It has shown processing and on the way to the buyer. The USPS letter carrier stops by this UPS store every day & there aren't any USPS outgoing blue boxes, they're very far away in downtown SD, so this saves me time, effort, worry, etc. The young lady who I spoke with on 4/19/24 was also very patient & pleasant & helpful, she also went the extra mile. Thank you.
