Really can't sing Cody's praises enough. My husband and I came in here looking for something specific and Cody was incredibly helpful. Friendly, not pushy, super knowledgeable. It was one of the best shopping experiences we've ever had, and we're also super happy with the items we purchased. The clothes are really nice and high quality. I was surprised the prices were totally reasonable. We will definitely be back. Thanks, Cody!

I had a great time shopping here thanks to Irina! She was very very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She helped me find the perfect shirt size, which isn't usually easy for me. I actually wish Irina could be at every clothing store I shop at, things would be much easier!

My boyfriend and I visited untuckit today and had a great experience! Cody helped us and was awesome. It's not always that you get top tier retail service! They made it super easy for us to return/exchange Christmas gifts for the right size. Definitely worth going into the store if you aren't 100% sure what to order online. Cody is the man!

I stopped by today to check the clearance section which always has past season style left overs to sort through if you missed out on previous seasons styles. As I entered the store Cody was quick to help providing outstanding customer service from start to finish! I wouldn't have found the hidden color I was looking for if it wasn't for Cody going above and beyond searching the back room stock for my correct size. I normally shop online but I plan on doing in store moving forward for the great customer service and tailored experience. Thanks Cody.

Cody is AMAZING! I stopped coming to this location during Covid the sales staff were unpleasant to work with. I happen to stop back in about a year ago and I was helped by Cody a new staff member who was super helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend this location!

I want to give a shout out to the amazing staff at this store. Recently I visited with my son. We were in search of a few outfits for my son's new job. Cody took us under his wing and made the whole process so easy and fun for us. I recently returned to buy a few things for my son's birthday. Cody not only remembered us, he looked up the sizes in the computer and tried to find us some sale items in the back. He truly went above and beyond. His dedication to the brand, and knowledge of fabric and styles is extensive. Thanks to Cody's great customer service, we will definitely be back!

Cody, welcomed me to the store.I had a bunch of items that I wanted to look at. He was able to pull them all off the shelf for me. Got me the right size since I'm on the plumper side. Everything was great. Cody did an outstanding job.

I like the TV commercial for UNTUCKit by its founder, Chris Riccobono. My wife and I were at University Town Center in La Jolla yesterday. We walked by the UNTUCKit store. The only one in San Diego County. We walked in to check out the store. Cody Dufur, the Assistant Store Manager was there. We asked questions about what made UNTUCKit products unique. He explained the size differentials. I tried on a few long sleeve shirts. I got the size I needed. I decided to look at short sleeve shirts. Cody brought out a box of short sleeve shirts in my fitted size. I found one that had a super color and pattern in cotton. Tried it on. Bought it. Cody Dufur is a great assistant manager. He is very professional, personable, and knowledgeable about all UNTUCKit products. He patiently took the time to educate us about UNTUCKit products. He is a great salesperson. Check out the UNTUCKit store. Hopefully, Cody will be working at the time. If not, I imagine you will be in good hands with the other assistant manager.

My husband and I came into this shop and we looked around and asked about x-large and c-large shirts. Husband got his but I was over looked so I had to say something twice and finally got a "try on shirt". Husband wanted a shirt that was relaxed, but the store only had o e try on shirt so we had to wait. Mine was a little short so I asked about a longer size, options, ANYTHING, but again was not being helped so I talked to my husband and I decided they were not getting my money and left. Husband waited a bit and found me outside. He left because he was no being helped. What is with this store? Not buying and missed opportunities equals death of a mall store.
