I had read the reviews before I started going to this location. More negative then positive. So darn true!!
Now, Mr Troy, the young man is a 10. He is polite, professional, knowledgeable, humorous. The old guy wears glasses, loud mouth, snotty, rude, mean, was told he'll be retiring soon. HA!!! SHOULD BE FIRED. And a pretty, dark, short hair lady over doing with the niceness acting. She was rude to two of us ladies.SMH.

The staff was very kind! I went in today for a passport renewal as a walk-in. They assisted me through the process and were very patient. Although I didn't catch their names, there were two incredibly kind ladies and a super kind man who helped me with buying shipping supplies and explaining the expenses. I was nervous walking in assuming a bad experience but I completely overestimated the place :) Thank you.

Doug is very rude & unhelpful. I like going to this location because of the shopping center after mailing a package, but every time I get him, my mood completely crumbles. He's unfriendly & does not want to help you. I wish they'd keep him in the back or something

WARNING! DO NOT GO HERE FOR PASSPORT! Showed up 15 mins early for the passsport walk in hours which are stated on the website as 3:30-4:15, only for the lady to tell me that they only take 3 walk ins a day and I was the 4th person in line.... I took time off work to come in and I had all my paperwork filled out and ready to go, yet since I was the 4th person in line they would not help me. Horrible customer service.

I usually dread the post office and the lines, but I went here yesterday and there was no line and the man who helped me was very nice and efficient.

Rude and Condescending staff. The passport lady was nice but the front desk staff were both rude and Condescending.

The older caucasian male that works there is pretty much lazy and doesn't like to help me everytime I go in there to ship something out . His customer service is one of the worse iv seen trying to help people . I'm not sure if it's jsit with me but I've shipped many times with different usps and he's the only one I try to avoid in line . Last incident I asked politely can he check the difference in between ground and priority . His quick response was umm like 4 bucks . Which I know is a fat lie Becusse it's also based on size not just weight . You can tell he just didn't want to check . Every other store employee has given me exact prices for both services . I guess he was just too busy to check and put the numbers in. Unfortunately this is the nearest post office to me so I'll have to use them again but will try and avoid him every time

Friendly staff, even when customers are rude. Sadly I see rude customers everytime I come in. Don't understand why people are so mean and demanding when they are trying to help.

Every time I go in there, everyone at the counter is so rude. No reason for them to be so rude. Attitude with every question. I have a PO Box and they expected me to know everything. Would not recommend if you have other choices

Best experience that I have ever had at a post office. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely is worth the drive. 10/10 !
