Best customer service in San Diego!!I forgot my CC at home and I asked for 1.75$ of gas hopping this got me to work. Cristy my cashier gave me 10.00 on gas freeeeeee!!!Customer appreciation! I thought I I was dreaming!! Thank you so much!!

United Oil takes a $100 hold when you pump gas with your card that wont go back on your card for 2 DAYS. All the other gas stations in San Diego the money goes back within minutes.

Couldn't get gas here. The card reader wasn't working and the attendant was more interested in having a 10min conversation with an older lady than serving the line behind her. Now I understand some customers like to talk, but good customer service skills include the ability to politely end conversations with chatty customers.

If I could give this gas station 1 star I would. I've made several complaints about an employee who works there who seem obviously inebriated and rude her customer service is awful I have made these complaints to the manager Fernando and to no avail he has done nothing about I use to be a regular at this establishment I will no longer come here because of this

.50 cents HIGHER per gallon than COSTCO now that debit cards are now treated as “credit”. As of today, Costco is $4.79 and United Oil at $5.29 per gallon. Unfortunately, no longer worth the convenience.

Once a good value but no longer. Debit cards are now treated as "credit" and today, they are .54 cents higher than Costco. Also, Costco accepts Visa without any additional fees. If you think you can't afford a Costco membership, think again. I saved almost $10 on one 18 gallon fill-up.
