Took a great class with Justice. My friends and I were visiting from Boston and we really loved it. Her class was slow, mindful, movement. Being able to slow down and feel each pose was awesome. Great class, we will be back!

Union Yoga with Rex has been enjoyable for us. This is a small yoga space. You won't become invisible here, because everyone is in front of the mirror. Each class feels custom and personalized for me.Big bonus we can always find good parking.

Union yoga is a great spot run by teachers who are very attentive to their students of all experience levels. I highly recommend this place to new students like myself looking to get introduced to a healthy practice of yoga

I've attended a few classes at the new location on Fifth and have loved my experience so far! The space is so beautiful and relaxing, and the teachers have been so kind, gentle, and informative as well. I know they're working to add even more as well and I can't wait!

Union Yoga is true to all core aspects, philosophies and prophecies of what yoga is. Everyone from the owner, Rex, to the incredible instructors are worth getting to know. I am grateful to have come across this exquisite studio and community.

The sound healing with Eric was amazing! Very dynamic... good balance of highs and lows... instrumentation was calming, peaceful, centering and unique. Exactly what I needed!

Brent Honnerlaws class was physically and spiritually grounded. I really enjoyed yoga practice with everyone. Very welcoming space lots of props to get deeper into poses.
