Quite a good and current offer. But it could be more attractive in terms of price. Nike and Adidas are currently giving more discounts with slightly different displays. But it's definitely worth a visit.

They don't have a very good selection of tennis shoes and tactical boots and also they don't have a big selection for men with plus sizes

The store has what you would expect. Not much in terms of "factory house" pricing but, of note I didn't feel super safe walking from the street Camino De La Plaza to the actual store. It has some sort of courtyard (unused). There are unsheltered people in the bushes hanging out and there is trash and those same bushes are blocking the sidewalk right away. I think this should be addressed if for nothing else but safety.
