Used UPack for cross country move. Combining them with local movers on either end saved me thousands relative to full service moving companies. U-pack dropped off the trailer on schedule and the drivers for both drop offs worked with me to position the trailers carefully. They need to improve their system to better handle same day pickups so customers can feel confident that a trailer will be removed when needed in an automated way rather than relying on antiquated systems and calling in to dispatch centers. But they were responsive, friendly and professional through the process. I’d definitely use U-Pack again!

I had such an exceptional experience using U Pack for my move from Texas to Virginia. Having never moved cross country, I wasn’t sure how much truck space I would need, and it ended up being a lot less than I thought. I would have overpaid with another company because my estimate would have been off, but with U Pack I only paid for what I used. Every person I dealt with, from drivers to phone salesman, was helpful and professional and they made the process seamless. Highly recommend!

Finding a quality Moving Cube, Relocube, whatever you want to call it, is not as easy as you might think. The prices vary greatly and so does the service. I eventually decided on U-Pack for my move down the west coast. The cube was delivered as promised and shipped without incident. They gave me an extra week of storage in the San Diego facility that I didn't end up needing, but nice that they gave it to me for free. The delivery to my new place was smooth and after only taking an hour or so to unload it, I called and they came back the same day to pick it up. U-Pack is on the expensive side, as compared to U-Haul for example, but the U-Haul reviews scared me off, too many complaints about price switching and poor customer service. The price that U-Pack quoted me was the same price I paid, including all fees, gas charges and taxes. Moving is never too much fun, but not having to worry about the stuff you packed, or the price you'll end up paying is worth the extra money in my mind.

From the time they dropped off the trailer to the time they delivered our trailer all the way across the country the folks at Upack were fantastic!Especially want to give a shout out to the delivery driver that delivered our trailer in South Carolina. He was a fantastic employee and so helpful. We moved about 1,200 cu ft of personal and household items from California to South Carolina. A few things broke but it was caused by my not providing sufficient padding where needed. My advice when moving; use the strongest boxes you can find and use plenty of moving pads.Thanks again Upack and ALL your staff!!!

Couldn't have asked for a smoother easier shipping experience. From scheduling the delivery to shipping, drop off and pick up and any questions in between people were there to answer any questions we had quickly and clearly. Everyone we dealt with were very polite and personable which sadly seems rare these days. Would definitely recommend U-Pack to anyone needing this type of shipping service

I used UPack to move from California to Georgia. Everything about my experience with them was stellar! From initial contact to reserve my unit to final delivery. Each time I called the UPack staff they were courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful. Not one rude or disgruntled person along my journey. My shipment arrived in Lawrenceville GA ahead of me, but no big deal. UPack kept it at their facility until I arrived. I highly recommend their service for a short or long distance move. They really came through for me.

I price checked so many movers. Some so bad the owner even got ugly. Then, some really nice guy mentioned U Pack. WOW, lovely service, NO JUNK FEES and they were prompt and courteous. I paid 1/2 of what I would at any other company. You hire your own packers and unloaders, so you can choose. I will certainly use them again. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!

I checked with the Better Business Bureau before I chose a mover. I-pack had a BBB approval. They showed up with my trailer right on schedule. My family helped me load it up. I-Pack charges by the number of feet you use on the trailer and they have a graph that shows the cost from partial trailer space to full trailer space. And what you see is exactly what you pay! There are no add ins, no extra charges! Nice to know that you are not going to get held hostage at the end of your move before the movers will deliver your household goods! You load up your own stuff, then the plywood doors go into place with bars that hold them in place, then you lock both pieces in place with your own padlocks! They stay that way until your trailer is delivered and you provide the keys to unlock the plywood doors and have access to unload your furniture. Nothing of yours is ever touched by anyone else during transit! Your stuff arrives exactly as you left it. The delivery arrived on time and the whole move was handled in a very professional manner! All of the personnel that I had any dealings with were wonderful! Honestly I cannot say enough good things about this company! I moved 28', yes, I used the entire trailer from San Diego to Northern Dallas and my move was $5,035! This was loading and unloading myself. But you can always hire a couple of guys to help you out loading and unloading. I thought this was very reasonable. And these people are honest and trustworthy! And none of my stuff was broken or missing! I highly recommend them to anyone considering a long distance move. They are #1 in my book! I would use them again in a heartbeat! Best of luck on your next move and I hope you use U-Pack! You will not be disappointed!

Im very impressed by this company. I moved from San Diego to a small town in the middle of nowhere in Puerto Rico. The service was great throughout. Everything was done in a timely manner on both ends and customer service was very helpful and informative. The price was fair considering the amount of stuff I was able to pack in my relocube. The most impressive part was that the driver in PR got to my new location in that big truck with no issues (mind me, I grew up here and still get a bit scared driving on some of these roads!). Highly recommend this company. Side note, make sure to follow all the advice on how to load your cube. The people who helped me (not professionals) didn't tie the stuff they loaded on top and it all shifted towards the doors so unloading it was eventful, but this was our bad.

Delivery of the pod to the house where I moved from was flawless; arrival was (almost) flawless, because I hadn't looked at a text message on Thursday that asked me to open a link to affirm a Friday delivery, and the pods aren't delivered on weekends; I guess that was me, but I don't think everyone necessarily looks at text messages on their phones throughout the day. That aside, although it wasn't exactly cheap, it saved me money to have a moving van.

Thousands less than even renting a U-Haul from CA to OK. The empty truck showed up on schedule. They picked up the loaded trailer the day after I called. The truck showed up across the country on schedule, they stored the truck without so much as a phone call for almost 2 weeks, and dropped off the trailer at the destination when they said they would. The driver was friendly and helpful. And they picked up the empty truck when they said they would. They even gave me a refund of 1 linear foot when I pointed out the origination (in CA) had read the position of the bulkhead incorrectly. An amazing experience. No fuss and everyone was very friendly at every step of the process. So glad I chose U-Pack to do my move.

The only way to move now a days! The driver Miguel, who dropped off in San Diego was courteous, prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. He spent extra time explaining everything to me. Packed everything up - pick up and transport went great. Drop off in new location problem free! Consider this company before all others!

U Pack is an excellent moving company. I used them 17 years ag to move to San Diego and I used them to move back to the East coast. from day one until delivery customer services was excellent delivery driver kept me informed of where my merchandise was. when moving long distance this company is the way to go. Did I mention very affordable. Thank you for a very stress free move!!!!!
