The late night option came in clutch when we had an emergency. You can pick up the truck and return it in the middle of the night. Amazing idea! Price was a little steep but what isn't right now.

I was maybe ten minutes away from this U-haul depot, actively driving and I was able to book over the phone and check in with the phone app. Kudos to U-Haul as a company for making it so easy.At arrival I spent probably less than 5 minutes confirming who I was with the clerk and I had my keys. Interaction was friendly and I can't stress how convenient it is to have a pickup spot be a convenient store. I was able to get snacks and beverages for the task at hand right then and there.The vehicle was clean and in excellent working order. The van was a new model and versatile.The real gem of this experience was returning the van and having to meet the owner. He was kind, was happy to provide a service and very accommodating. It was a pleasant experience and a better one that I've had at most real U-Haul locations. As I mentioned earlier it is most convenient that it is a gas station as you don't have to think about where you're going to fuel up or if you'll pay the surcharge for not having it at the appropriate level. So convenient!I came here for business but if it ever takes me here and I need to rent a uhaul I will be sure to make my way to their location to help an honest, hard working, american small business owner.

Today I have visited a U-Haul location to purchase some moving supplies, and I was very satisfied with the level of service I received beside one thing . The guy at the counter was getting multipple calls during my check out and was asking me to wait for many many times (otherwise it would be 5 stars) The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed. The store was well-stocked with a wide variety of moving supplies, and I was able to find everything I needed in one convenient location. Overall, I had pretty good experience at this U-Haul location

The staff was quite friendly, and helpful in pushing back the pick up time as requested. The vehicle was ready and clean at the right time. Returning the vehicle was quite the process as the line was incredibly long. The employees were doing their best to get everyone checked in. Presumably they were understaffed. Just allow extra margins in your schedule

Amazing! Putting aside the reasonable storage prices compared to the competition. The employees at this particular location are absolutely amazing. Great attitudes all around and willing to work with you to figure any unconventional situations. I have honestly been frustrated, more so after the pandemic, with the decline in quality of customer service. After coming here, while closing my storage account no less, the positive attitude the employees and manager had simply blew me away. Hopefully I don't have to have a storage unit any time soon or in the future, but best believe in the case that I do, I will be willing to drive the extra miles to give them my business. Thank you!

I had a very good experience with this location. After searching around for a while, I always land back on UHaul for the cheapest rentals (best rates) and the biggest trucks. For $84 I got a 15-foot truck with 110 miles included for a "one-way" move. This means I picked up at Copley and will drop off at another location. Even the in-town move rates are unbeatable compared to other companies. The 5-stars also goes for this particular location though. From my first interaction on the phone, to the person at the desk, everything was great with the staff. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Check in process was a breeze, the text message to check in early was also a cool feature. All in all, I would come back here again for my moving needs.

Fantastic customer service, easy process, simple returns, clean vehicles. I reserved a truck that turned out to be way too big for the job. Swapping it to something more suitable on a busy Saturday morning wasn't an issue for them at all. The store itself was very clean, calm and orderly. The truck itself was immaculately clean and brought right out front for me. I'd highly recommend them for truck or trailer rentals.But do yourself and them a favor and reserve ahead of time. I saw a few people disappointed that they couldn't get a moving truck on demand on the last weekend of the month.

So, had to go get propane for my Rv, the normal place I go is closed on Mondays but I needed it done today due to work. It is a little dicey to get in and out, but manageable. Most of all I got my tank filled then realized I forgot my wallet. Thank you Richard B. fir your understanding and letting me call back with the payment. You made my day.

I used Uhaul.com to make a reservation then called to extend it. Long story short, when we went to return the Uhaul I was charged 403.93, more than what I expected. This was after confirmation of the time I was going to get charged for. When I called for an itemized list of what I was charged for i was given the amount of 273.87 but told I couldn't get information because I wasn't the person who rented it. Very true I didn't sign but that didn't stop them from charging my card. What bothered me the most, I was told the transaction was already explained to the customer and it was "resolved". At this point I was asking for general prices, I can do the math myself. This place is not helpful at all.Maybe credits take way longer to appear?

Deceptive business practice. STRONGLY RECOMMEND against using U-Haul, this is how much they value your patronage or how much they "keep their promises with you", as the email that confirmed my reservation noted. I made a reservation a month in advance for a Vanbody storage unit to hold everything my family owns after moving in from out of state. I dropped by the day our reservation started to make sure everything was ready to go for our anticipated delivery the next day. I was told that our reservation would not be honored, as per their corporate policy, it had been allowed to be rented out to somebody else AFTER we made the reservation. The staff were friendly and apologetic about the corporation's unethical and probably illegal business practice (note the settled class action lawsuit in the state of CA from about a decade ago), however they were unable to offer a similar volume storage unit ANYWHERE in the county. My family's belongings are now sitting in a truck in a parking lot, and I was offered no compensation in terms of assistance booking with a different company, company credit to rent equipment to try and un-f*** the situation they created, or even a cash compensation. Of note, they never ONCE contacted us to let us know they had given away our reservation. They even remarked that normally they try to call the day before if this is going to happen (clearly it's a frequent business practice), but in this case they forgot about us. If I had not gone by the day our reservation started to confirm everything was good to go, an entire moving truck would have shown up the next day with nowhere to unload our belongings. Of course we would not have even bothered booking this reservation if we had known they had no intent of honoring it. I strongly recommend you pass on any U-Haul service.
