Make sure to make an appointment. I did not have an appointment. Karina and the rest of the service department made it happen they get me out. I dropped the truck off at 9 o’clock pm and they had it for me by 2:30 pm on Saturday. Thank you Michael.

I am a perfectionist. when it comes to Rene , it’s good to stay on top of your mileage and when it needs serviced, They get overwhelmed. I was not notified and spent quite a bit on fuel. You will not be notified. Rene and Brandon was great in the beginning doing everything he could to help me get the truck and rental agreement going with the insurance company and Rene was great after that was taken care of detailed issues with the contract and the truck. Rene Is great with detail explaining everything.”
“Rental was same day and was ready when I got there. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The manager, Crystal, helped me find my phone which I dropped inside the truck and could not find (like an idiot). Really great place.”

“I use their online checkout and in store pickup frequently. It's super easy and gives you reviews and recommendations with all the product specifications online which makes shopping a breeze. I've been there over 10 times in the past week working on renovating our new home so I am starting to know the store better which can be confusing but the employees are very helpful when asked. I wish their credit card had greater benefits but it is mostly a weak scam, other than that the store is beautiful, well kept, and efficiently operated.”

The team at the Point Loma U-haul location were all incredibly curteous, helpful, and worked with me to find a resolution as quickly and easily as possible. “I want to thank Joanna in the paint department for being so nice and helpful. She deserves five stars but I'm only leaving four stars for the store because she was actually correcting a mistake made by another paint associate. A few days before I asked for four white paint samples. When I got them they weren't even labeled with the names of the paint and they were a different brand than I asked for. When I asked about it he wrote the names of the paint on the samples with a marker and nobody responded as to why they were a different brand. When I tried them out I realized that at least two of them were just plain white paint. I took them all back and Joanna fixed the mistake and gave me correct samples that were properly labelled and the right brand. She was great.”
“The personnel at the office on Sunday morning when I picked up my rental truck. There was an error on the web page. Depression corrected it. When I was supposed to return the truck I wanted to get another day. No questions asked he got me extension of another day. The only issue that I have with the budget truck a rough ride. But security in the smile that I got dismissed the rough ride when I returned the vehicle”
