First of all it's Saturday there was only one guy in front of me right away the employee told me it was only by appointment but that he'll let me in and when I went in there was another employee viewing or counting coins something like that I was browsing for about 5 minutes then I asked the question about an item in the store and was completely ignored then 10 minutes later they asked me to leave and there was only one guy in front of me for crying out loud and there was another employee there. Horrible customer service literally lost money today what's the point of running a business like that

I don’t even know where to begin. I met Robert and Jim 8-10 months ago. I walked in and explained my situation. I was needing to liquidate my Dad’s coin collection. From the moment I met them I felt that they were genuinely nice, honest and fair business owners. A few months later I went back in with the inventory of the collection on paper and explained I was going to be driving it from Texas to Cali in a few months. They took quality time looking over everything and -sight unseen - of course couldn’t give me a buyout price but assured me they would do their best with the collection. A few more months passed and I gave them the date I’d have the collection in Cali. As I started going through the boxes before I turned them over for appraisal, I realized everything was Mint, Uncirculated, Coins, Collections and the value was going to be high. I brought everything in and a week later I got the call to come in and review the proposed buyout. I was worried some would be melted and sold separately. WRONG. First, the buyout price was more than fair it was outstanding! Second, they were already clearing space to sell the collections. We went over everything line by line and I walked away knowing 100% I found the right place to do business. I cannot say enough good things about Treasure Trove!!!

I love this place it's like going to a museum that you can actually buy the historical treasures. And if you're buying coins stamps or any collectibles for investment they're a hell of a lot nicer than blue vault. I like these people like their family

Helpful HONEST service ! It was time to sell my much beloved silver coin collection . Each coin was individually checked and priced . What could have been a painful experience was handled in a very professional and painless manner. Highly recommend The Treasure Trove for it's service but even more so for those that serve.

Family owned business. I enjoyed speaking with Jim and Richard. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They also rent out metal detectors for people who want to have an adventure on the beach looking for precious metals.. I Will definitely be back to visit here again.
