I usually have great experiences at Trader Joe’s, and the workers are normally super friendly. Today I interacted with the rudest employee I’ve ever met, Markus, who refused to even touch my reusable bags because he claimed they were dirty and had oil on them. They had a little bit of water on them because they were next to a surfboard in my car, but were completely clean otherwise. He then told another employee who was trying to help me bag my groceries not to touch my bags either, even though she clearly didn’t have a problem with it. Shocking behavior from an establishment normally known for having the best customer service. If you see Markus at this Trader Joe’s, do yourself a favor and STEER CLEAR.

A lot of regular And interesting items there. Most prices ok and some a little high. Too many favorites to list.
I've been in there stores in San Diego, Ca and Dort Worth Tx and no matter where there staff is always nice.

Usually, I've received good service at Trader Joe's. However, today's visit to the La Jolla Trader Joe's was a bit different. When I bought items, cashier usually bagged them, but since no one did, I bagged them myself. Due to the cashier's mistake, the bag fell, and I picked it up, but she didn't even thank me and just handed me the receipt while looking away. Even when I thanked them, she ignored me. Was I expecting too much? It wasn't a very pleasant shopping experience.

For a quick take out lunch They have a lot of healthy options to choose from, they also have a very good very well-managed staff who are always courteous and very polite. Scott employee with a vast knowledge of health and wellness body care. Who happens to also be a quite well established professional musician an artist, the originator of the local only band.

Absolutely love shopping at Trader Joe's! My favorites are their Organic Tomato & Roasted Pepper soup, Multigrain crackers and the Chocolate cookie dunkers!

Good service! The clerk is very cute. The store is about the same as the first floor of Quanlian in Taiwan. It’s easy to shop.
