Bought the new car two weeks already having so many issues seat is deflate loosen up break was making noise so I came o Saturday for this issue they told me to come back on weekdays came back on Tuesday 10:15am they told me it will be 2hours and 30 mins to check break and seat they just going to take pictures and sent to the company. I’m still here at 2:00 pm they took 4 hours to tell me that break is fine they test drive it just because it’s new. Seat is still pending work. I don’t know how this people is working.

While I didn’t walk away with a CPO vehicle due to specified options available. Hence a 4/5 star rating. I wanted to give a huge shout out to my authorized sales rep through the Costco Auto Program, Mark Anthony. He understood my needs and quite knowledgeable. Ask him anything and he’ll be frank and forthcoming. He won’t try to oversell either. You are in good hands. And I even was able to pass along his contact info to my Uber driver, Sid who stated that after 2 Teslas, his next vehicle purchase will be a Toyota Hybrid. So, hopefully that will occur in the near future. I also wanted to mention that Robert was quite professional over our phone conversations to ensure in the overall process. I also appreciate his willingness to negotiate on pricing options, as well. If you’re in the market for a Toyota, definitely give Mark the opportunity to earn your business.

Called the parts department was asked to hold so i did for over 5 minutes so decided to hang up and call back and now tbey just wanna put me straight to hd everytime i call i just wanna know if they have a product in stock not sure why you cant tell me that ima be on hold for over 5 minutes even 10 minutes i am a customer do your job and take care of me thats what you ate getting paid for

the help of Robert Farr, and assistant manager and Ishmael malik sales manager took care of the problem right away. Without there help problem was not going to be taken care of it c. I appreciate there help big time. Great customer service ?
