Daniel Is extremely rude. Answers you with an attitude, but expects you to spend money. Tried to over price me on a tire . No thanks took my business somewhere else .

I am giving this guy a 1 star because i got agitated just reading all the negative reviews! Bad bad owner and shop. I was going to come but I'll pass! I just don't like ugly people. 1 star for you!

Needed to get my tire fixed. They gouged the whole rim up and try to deny it. They also broke the rim sensor ( i Took pictures of the the rim before hand) they were being rude the whole time and ignored me. They also don't know how to balance out a tire

ZERO STARS FOR ME!!!!!! I Gave them my 19 inch 3 piece rims for a bolt pattern change and was charged $520 instead of the $200 advertised on there website. I was told a few days they would be ready ,that turned into 3 weeks. When I called to check the status of my wheels the boss would find a reason to bump up the price and push the date out further. I called when they told me they was ready after 3weeks and when I got there they wasn't ready. They ask me about boaring out the center for the hub for an additional $180. I gave them green light because I was fed up and ready to just get my wheels back. 3 days later they tell me there ready again but not assembled and that they didn't charge me for reassembling the wheels. nd additional $300 if I want them put together. Grand total $920. The boss then tell me that one of my 5k wheels have a dent. The wheels have never been on a running car sense I've owned them because its a going on fully built car getting ready for sema. They caused the dent to get me to pay them to fix it. Long story shorty the boss is a snake and when damage your property then lie to you all while trying to drain money out you. Only a machine can cause damage like that without damaging the outer lip. I have plenty of people that can vouch for me including the company that originally powder coated,sealed l,reassembled and air up my wheels. This rim will not hold air without being fixed now. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE NOR GIVE THEM YOUR PROPERTY. Pics are before and after. I literally deflated the wheels for them and get them back dented unable to hold air. YOUVE BEEN WARNED UPDATE ONE SLEEVE FELL OUT SO I WENT BACK LAST WEEK ...THE BOSS TOLD ME HE WOULD FIX IT ON THE SPOT....I LEFT WITH THEM AND HAD TIRES MOUNTED ,,,ALL THE SLEEVE THEN FELL OUT...I NOTICE THEY cut the sleeves more then in half and put some kind of rubber sealant in there and sent me on my way. UNBELIEVABLE..they removed to much of my rim so now there unusable and unsafe and the faces will need to be replaced...LAWSUIT PENDING.

Called at 9 am on a Saturday and drove to location and they got me in and out in a couple hours! They had lots of sweet BMW wheel options and I got my beautiful 19 inch staggered black rims! They even gave me money for my stock rims off the car! Great work guys! And Daniel is awesome to work with! Great customer service and good prices on wheels, tires and labor! Would definitely recommend!!

He welded the cracked rim and I drove less than 50 miles and his weld cracked. Then when I came back he said he sorry. He wouldn't even fix his broken weld or do anything. He said oh you hit something. If his weld was good it wouldn't crack. He should have prepared the metal on both sides and welded it all the way through. It's a weak surface weld and he was not honest about his repairs.

Told me he' would fix my rim , weld lasted 3 weeks then blew out again. sold me a 2013 damaged tire that blew out 3 weeks later as well Brought my car back he told me there was nothing wrong with the rim I must have damaged it. The tire was so old and dangerous it shouldn't have been an option but he installed it on my repaired rim anyhow!?! Took it too another shop they said I'm lucky I didn't have another blow out / accident with these repairs . Down $1000 Very saddening. My bmw factory rims are now GONE they don't make them anymore so I've had to buy a new set . -ANOTHER $1500 down.DONT COME HERE! No warranty no refunds no service VERY DANGEROUS, AND ISN'T RELIABLE. Sells damaged parts, and isn't certified for welding on rims, I will be taking legal actions if refunds are made.Save your time money and safety!

F this place F this guy.If I could give 0 stars I would.I've been coming here for over 20 years because although the owner is a D**k, he knows his tires and can get tires not in stock at Discount Tires.One of the perks WAS the rotation service offered for free when you bought your set of tires here.This morning, I came in to get them rotated, handed my receipts from 4 tires, then 4 more, then 2 new ones, 2 more new ones, 1 new ones due to blowout. ALL tires on my truck bought here.So he says "you keep all to receipts huh?" (I think meaning that if you don't keep your receipts your SOL at his shop).I said yeah, I need one last rotation before I need new tires please, that's included that's why I brought my receipts, the mileage is there from when you rotated them last.He says we charge for that now.I said "that's not included anymore?"He says "we haven't done that in 2 years, we charge for that"I KNOW it hasn't been 2 years since my last rotation, so I said "ok"... so what do we do?He then looks at my 1 of my receipts and says "We ONLY do that when you buy ALL 4 tires here."(Since he was looking at the 1st receipt with 1 tire from a blowout)I said look at the rest of the receipts, you've put all the tires on here....He then said "well, we charge for that now"....To ME it seemed as tho he was just making excuses to NOT do the rotation that was part of the package of getting tires here.Needless to say I said "ok, it seems like you just don't want to do it, please give me my receipts."I walked out of there NEVER to come back And straight to the Discount Tire Parking lot to order my new tires, they'll be here tomorrow and I'm good with that.F this guy F this place... jerkhole!!!!!
