My car broke down in MiraMar so I decided to give these guys a call for a tow... BIG MISTAKE. They initially told me 30-50 minutes...so I waited...I decided to give them a call after an hour passed. After being on hold for 10 minutes, The same lady I talked to when I first called, told me 30 more minutes... 30 minutes later... no tow truck. I call back for the THIRD time and the same lady (after being on hold for another 10-15minutes) informs me that a new driver will come in 20 minutes. My bill was $225!!!!! I have a tiny Toyota Yaris and it was towed to Mira Mesa (up the road). I will make sure to let everyone around me know about this business. Stay away.

Decent guys, as to be expected a little bit expensive. The company acted with professionalism and got my car where it was needed. Overall a good experience

What kind of clowns do they have working there? Guy put me on hold 4 times in the middle of the sentence, didn't even bother to hear where the vehicle was when he said he didn't have people in the area.

Guy was sent to take my completely dead EV from a tight garage parking space up a curved driveway. Other tow companies sent flatbed trucks and could not find a way to get the car out. Guy found a way and skillfully moved within an inch or two of the house and driveway so that the car left without a scratch. Thanks for having experienced and skilled people like Guy to help me out!
