Amazing experience! I went into theTommy Bahama in UTC and let the manager Jordana know that I needed to update my wardrobe for the upcoming summer. She and the friendly staff were fantastic. The listened to my needs, and then made great suggestions on material, color and fit. She showed me how to combine pieces to save money. As more customers came into the story, I noticed that the staff gave everyone the same friendly attention. I left a very happy customer who will certainly return in the future!

I felt the service was absolutely atrocious. I understand with Black Friday they are busy; however, there were about four other customers in the store. I saw about three employees chatting behind the counter and all failed to even acknowledge my entry into the store. I was never asked if I needed help and I saw one approach a couple who entered and gave them a proper greeting. How rude! The store was organized; however, no mentioning of any sales for today. I had no idea what the prices were so I had to read the tags and look things up myself. I left the store feeling as if the service was that of a sort of automated checkout experience with no human interaction. Very, very disappointed in the customer service skills at this location. A simple greeting was not even given.

Shopping at Tommy Bahama La Jolla UTC:The sales associate Tristin was very helpful in identifying the items from my online basket. When that particular item or colour was not available, he arranged for some similar one for me to try on for size and fitting.I was able to determine exactly what I need to order and Tristin assisted me to place the order.It was a very pleasant shopping experience.

My husband and I went into Tommy Bahama at La Jolla UTC yesterday and found everything we needed for an upcoming vacation trip. Thank you to all the staff at the store for their assistance and great service.

Jordana and Nathalie were excellent associates. They were incredibly helpful and really tried to help me find items that were flattering for my figure. I am incredibly grateful for their genuine desire to help me feel my best.The quality of Tommy Bahama clothing is always top notch. The price is absolutely worth the quality. My bathing suits and clothes from here tend to last for years (if not decades).I would love a few more sizing options on the bathing suits.

Very friendly and helpful sales associates. Jordana was especially lovely and knowledgeable. She helped me pick out a wonderful outfit for myself and my husband for an upcoming beach wedding we will be attending and I managed to snag a few additional items that I love as well.

Just a FYI: Out of the many TB locations I have shopped, from Florida to Hawaii, this was my least favorite location. I have always had amazing customer service and been treated so well, but not so much last night. The new gal who was assisting us on the floor was very helpful and friendly, therefore, I am leaving a 3 star, but the woman who processed "most" of my transaction at the register must have thought she was better than most because she had such an attitude that even others noticed it. She was rude to me and with her fellow coworker. It wasn't appreciated especially as much as I spend routinely at TB.

The merchandise is of the highest quality only bettered by the service I always receive from this store. Conversations are wide ranging and interesting. Any product issues have been promptly resolved. I would recommend TB consider using this store for training purposes.

They have good quality clothes. My husband try several kinds clothes all too short for him at least we found this place. Nathalie is very nice. Must be Come back again. We bought hat and two T-shirt

This is a great store! They have every size in stock for the items on display. Amir and the team in there are super nice and helpful. I bought some items from my wife a few days ago and of course I got the sizes wrong (typical husband move lol), we walked in yesterday and they were happy to see us. We ended up buying a few extra things after exchanging sizes. Some items were in the back, they immediately ran back to grab them for us and got them ready for us to take to the car. They hooked us up with some cologne samples and helped my wife find some cute alternative pieces for her outfits. Really good customer service with no pressure at all. I see a few negative reviews here on Yelp and the people at TB must be listening to Yelpers because we felt like valued customers from start to finish. As a bonus, I picked up a new silk shirt, XXL that fits really well. I also grabbed 2 beach chairs that support Big and Tall peeps!!!

The store claims to be open until 8 but I came at 7:25 and the security guard locked the doors and signaled that they were closed.

This store in La Jolla is great call it's great, they have wonderful customer service. If you like the Tommy Bahamas style they've got plenty to choose from including candles and perfumes. They're not exactly my style my style but they do have a lot to offer here and quality clothing T shirts dress shirts and other apparel.
