12540 Oaks N Dr A6, San Diego“This place is a hidden gem! ? They have a good variety of items for a very reasonable price. They have clothes, home decor, toys, wall art, kitchen items, etc. It's always steadily stocked too. There's never too many or too little items out, which makes it easy and enjoyable to browse. I always find a treasure or two (or more) whenever I go. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.”
“This is a great cute thrift. Nothing on the previous haters, but this is a very honest thrift :) I always love coming by and seeing what's new. 10/10 Would Recommend. Owners are kind. The environment is lovely.”
“Stumbled upon this randomly. What an amazing thrift store! The prices seem pretty low (compared to what I am used to from D.C. thrift stores). Wish I wasn’t on a trip with limited luggage - I saw a bunch of pieces I liked ?”
“First time in the store. Super cute store. Easy to find. We found some great gems. It was my friend's daughter birthday. The staff was super friendly and excited we were celebrating a birthday. Birthday girl got 20% discount. The clothes are priced well. Very clean and organized. I'm so happy we found this place. We will definitely return to buy and make donations.”
“I bought a VLog Kit from the Resale Source because I’ve always wanted a ring light and it was a really good deal, way less expensive than other ones I’ve seen. It works awesome and I have not stopped using it since I received it! It’s the perfect size for your desk and I use it on all my work Zoom meetings. It makes such a huge difference to the picture quality! There are three different light settings that you can play around with to find what works best for you. I swear it makes you look younger too! I absolutely love it. Highly recommend this product and The Resale Source.”

1219 University Ave, San Diego“Great place can find some grails here for sure and at amazing prices like amazing if you go to Buffalo exchange down the street you will be paying 13 dollars more for the same shirt. But definitely a lot of stuff you have to look through before you find the heat but if you look hard enough you can find some awesome pieces.
(Im mostly interested in clothes and fashion so in this review im talking about their clothing selection idk about furniture and other stuff but it also seems very good)”

6533 El Cajon Blvd, San Diego“There is A lot of stuff here almost too much in fact. however they have great prices and a lot of different things, probably something for everybody. doesn't always smell great in her though kind of smells funky sometimes. The woman who runs it is a white lady who is kind of aggressive and loud and very bossy/rude. I really wasn't impressed with the way that she treated her employees in front of me and others. Overall the parking is horrible good luck finding a spit looks like I guess but the drive may be worth it if you can stand to go through a Tennis stuff and kind of be overwhelmed by the amount of items that are everywhere. doesn't seem very organized and I wish that it was organized better where you could actually see things that you might want to buy. they do have a lot of different things it's a pretty cool store overall and the regular employees are pretty nice.”
11AM - 3PM
108 University Ave, San Diego“The most lovely ladies working here! I was visiting from New York and popped in and was really impressed by their collection of vintage jewelry! I may have bought half the collection. They also have a nice selection of blazers and sweaters as well as home decor. Everything is so organized and clean! They showed me the back room where processing and cleaning takes place and it is very meticulous with a lot of work and love poured into what they do. Will definitely be back!”
“G'mach aka "The Jewish Gift Closet" is such a wonderful place.. The volunteers are so helpful in helping you with what you need and both Myrice and Helene are such beautiful persons! they care about you as if they've known you your their whole life and make sure you are felt welcomed and never turn you away for anything.. I've been able to find clothing for my growing daughter and the best part is I can always bring back what didn't fit and it's been a great place to also bring my donation items.. they take anything from Men/Women clothing, shoes, accessories Baby/Kids clothes, toys, crib, maternity Books, new toiletries, houseware and more!! It's great to have a place like this to help the Jewish community”
“I usually don’t post reviews BUT I saw some bad reviews on here and wanted to say that this has been the best thrift store I’ve been too!! The vintage selection is top notch, great name brands for a reasonable price. The staff are very kind and will help you if you need it. The dressing room has amazing lighting. Overall, 10/10 experience and I’ll definitely be shopping here, hopefully I’ll get my hands on a vintage niner jacket lol!! :)”

“Let me just start by saying that a five star is not enough! I live in Las Vegas and while visiting San Diego we decided to stop into this store, although it looked small from the outside I was AMAZED when I walked in. Let me start with the staff very welcoming and helpful. As I walked through the aisles embracing the cleanliness and color coordinated clothing the Manager “Angela” walked by and asked if we were looking for something specific. This was my opportunity to tell her that the store looked AMAZING! Her approaching us definitely speaks volume and shows that she takes ownership of her store and cares about the overall experience of every costumer that walks through the door. I would definitely recommend everyone to stop in you will NOT be disappointed.”

1457 University Ave, San Diego“Lots of great small decor as well as clothing and some furniture items to decorate your home! Bought a keurig pod holder, a vase, and trinket for 4.99 or less each. Friendly staff too”

3441 Sutherland St #2031, San Diego“My niece wanted to thrift and chose Team Amvets as our destination! They have an array of clothing, furniture, home goods, and more. I walked away with. 99 green pants, and blue docker pants for $4.99. The prices were extremely reasonable, and I loved that everything was color coordinated...only downfall is that it wasn't in order of sizes. Otherwise we had fun thrifting! We weren't able to score a stall in the parking lot out front, so we had to settle on metered parking in front of the building. Happy Journeys ✌️”

4873 Newport Ave, San Diego“This is a really cool resale/thrift shop. They have a great variety of unique items. From clothes to plant to music item it covers a lot of stuff. At night they turn it into a live music venue. All types of original music in the best part of OB! The owners and staff are really nice and show the best part of the "chill" of OB. This pic is of Amanda Fagan and her band.”
“Great place with exquisite finds! Even though they're busy rearranging the store the staff are super friendly and helpful. Wonderful place to find dragon antiques!”

6655 Camino Maquiladora, San Diego“I liked the attention of the staff and in the store I found some things I was looking for but the strong point there are the auctions of various merchandise on pallets”
“Great staff!!! Selection is as good as what people donate, so donate! Got a $5 off coupon since I had some stuff to donate, and found a $50 pair of jeans for $4 and in great shape. Do the math!”
“I love that this is in the neighborhood and that they have a furniture and home selection. My neighbor has donated a ton of household items and jewelry as she is down sizing. I have donated a lot of clothing and many coats just sitting in the closet. Time to release the old and keep what you actually need and use. It’s nice that they have a donation area on the back alley. They are the closest for me to donate.”
10AM - 8PM
8145 Mira Mesa Blvd #2A, San Diego“Clean, well organized Goodwill with a nice layout. The items here are in better condition than I normally see in a Goodwill. There's also a decent selection of movies and video games, too. If I didn't know any better, I'd think this was a Marshall's rather than a Goodwill!”
“One of the best thrift store I’ve been in SD. You’ll find here everything you need from at the best value prices. Staff is very friendly and kind and they offer various discounts. Go check it out!”
9AM - 8PM
6875 El Cajon Blvd, San Diego“The manager is lovely. They have such compassion. In a quick move I got rid of alot of my Pyrex from decades ago. I thought my stuff was going into storage. I'm a senior and it was my mom's stuff. It is like they wre waiting for me. Same time period Pyrex. Even that changes. I got my history back and I've started to cook again and I needed it. What a blessing. A very put together store. Clean, orderly, and parking.”

3240 Sports Arena Blvd, San Diego“Best managed store I've been to, and the entire staff is full of friendly people. Not only do I find great deals, Kim the manager always takes time to say hello and welcome back.

The prices are wallet-friendly, and you can find some real gems if you're willing to dig a little. Plus, knowing that your purchases support job training and employment opportunities for people in need makes it even better. Goodwill is definitely a go-to spot for all your thrifting adventures!”
“No other Thrift like it! The most fabulous things on earth to wear are only found here for a fraction of the cost of new anywhere else, if you can even find such wonderful things anywhere else?. Debbra has magical skills in finding the most beautiful and unique things few would even know were available on the market. She perpetually presents new things to me when I visit, and very few times I didn't buy them because she knows what I want.. I am complimented daily on my unique wears. Your foolish to shop elsewhere. Darrell is awesome too. Located in the heart of our unique area of San Diego called Hillcrest Darrell's Modern Thrift Store is like the Cherry on Top of our Rainbow Layered Cake ???”
