Terrible service, I called to buy a pair of wheels and he answered me in a very bad way, I asked him how much a pair of wheels cost to what I assume is the owner he answered me (whatever they cost, what's the problem) among other things without There is no doubt that it is a business with terrible employees, terrible service, and a terrible person who answers the phone.

I should have known this place was not going to produce quality work when they said they would not guarantee any runout numbers for wheel straightening. Got a motorcycle wheel straightened and resulting runout was still crap. Original Dent was very minor. Runout is still easily visible to the naked eye. They also cracked the wheel. I don't want to go back because they were rude and I dont think they would help based on their previous attitude. Going to have to build a fixture and finish the job myself, and TIG weld the crack. Shaking my head. They also didnt put the tire back on, which would have shown the wheel was leaking air from the crack. Also cash only. Front wheel Ducati monster 696.

So yesterday I called wheelzone on the and asked how much it would it cost to install 2 bilstin shocks in front for my truck he told me $480 installed labor and materials and $100 to mount my tires I went to another shop off of Beyer blv they quoted me the exactly the same price $480 labor and materials but couldn’t do it till Tuesday so decided to go with wheel zone he said he had shocks in stock plus I have known the this guy for years so I trusted he wouldn’t burn me but I was very wrong the owner or wheel zone is a total fraud he looked me straight in the eyes and said I owe him $760 Dlls after everything was done I told him you gave me a price of $480 he said he never said that lesson learned if you ever go to this shop make sure they put the price in writing before they do the work if you don’t they will rip you off so I called the owner before I wrote this review he started yelling at me and told me he will refund me $50 if I want that’s total bull ——— when he knows he got me for $150 extra totally shady I’ll never go back

I got 2 used tires here 2 different times and they were in very good condition and reasonable price. I got 2 rims fixed and the first one has had no problems. I just got my second one yesterday and no problems so far; like the air pressures the same it hadn't gone down and car rides smooth like it did before it was bent. the service was ok. just pay them and don't whine like a baby. i know needing emergency fixes can be stressful and you don't want to trust them but be nice to them they know what their doing. these reviews are probably from people who can't drive and blame the shop for their work. Ill be back for sure. thank you guys for everything.

Drove all the way there to see a set of wheels. He was too busy to get them. Then made an appointment to return but wheels were not ready either. Waited an hour and a half and he finally got the wheels to find out they were extremely scratched and beat up. He said he would take $40 off….nope.

I showed my bent rim to the manager and he told me he would fix the wheel but would not offer a warranty. We agreed on a price and I came back two hours later. When he showed me the rim I pointed out that there was a lot of warping and they went back to work on it. When they brought it back out I was assured that the tire line was straight and would hold air. The manager REFUSED TO GIVE ME A RECEIPT after I paid cash. Apparently he wanted no trail of money or of having done a terrible job. My tire guy was not confident enough to send me out on the road with that wheel. Save yourself the aggravation.

"Very friendly", charged me $140 to fix a rim. They did an okay job. Not worth the $140. They said they would paint it. They did not. They will overcharge you. Make sure you haggle with them, they're just looking to take advantage.

I payed them money to fix a rim. After agreeing on a set price, another guy tried to raise the price. I told him I only had the money for agreed price they did the work. 2 days later tire pops on freeway.i call and they say bring it by. Soon as i get there they say there is nothing they can do.I buy another tire and now it won't hold any air. Obviously they did something wrong and are refusing to fix the problem

Had cracked wheel so I went here because the prices were reasonable. Initially I was going to get them refurbished but, they had some nice used ones. So bought those because it would be cheaper than refurbishing. When they were done I assumed they had put my old wheels in the trunk, however, I realized two days later that my wheels were not in the trunk. So I called and they were closed on a Sunday so I left a message letting them know I would be coming to pick them up on Monday. Monday morning I left another message. No call back. I called around noon and was told by Daniel that need to pick them up. He stated that they scrapped the wheels because they had cracks and dints. I said no one was cracked and the other wheels had curb rash. He then said sorry they get picked up once a week. So I asked why would you scrap jaguar wheels when you refurbish wheels. He then said I should have told him I wanted them. ? no you should have put them in my car like any respectable business would have. I tell my fiancé so he called and Daniel told that they pick up scrap on Mondays. Which means Daniel is a big fat liar. Because they got my message before they scrapped them. And is also the reason they never called me back. The he offered to give us what they got for the wheels. Which was $60 and another lie. More like $60 a wheel. Ladies if you go here take a man with you so that they don’t take advantage of you.
