Wanted to give a huge shout out to the owner Melissa! She helped me with the process of printing signs for my wedding. She was so patient and helpful through the whole process. She allowed me to come in to give me live examples of sizing and material available to print on. She made this process super easy. 100% recommend using this STORE to get any printing done!

We just moved into the neighborhood so this is now our go-to UPS. The customer service is really great. They're helpful and smiling every time we go in. They always have at least two people at the registers so the wait is never long which is really nice. It's clean as well!

Big shout to Melissa at this store. She has the best energy and is always so dialed in/ helpful.I love the Little Italy location and the service I get every time. I just launched a small business and they have been so helpful ensuring my business/ shipments are taken care of the best as possible.

Location has no "drop off" space. There is a garage with empty spaces.... Signage says "Prospective Tenant". Odds are .. the building has full occupancy and can share parking spaces with UPS customers just dropping off packages. UPS Customers would be in the space for an average of ten minutes. The clerk told me the owner is trying to secure signage at one diagonal street space allowing "drop off" from the city. Good luck! Current city council has a vision of turning our nice city into Manhattan west!

I have visited this location a handful of times and each time leave so happy with the experience. Everyone has been extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. They go out of their way to make my returns as smooth as possible.

We stopped here to ship home a bunch of loot from San Diego Comic-Con, including a few pieces of not-inexpensive art. The staff was quick, courteous, helpful, and Yasmin packed our stuff carefully, in a way that was as close to bulletproof as I can imagine. Highly recommended if you need things shipped, and you're staying in or near Little Italy.

Emilia's friendliness was evident as she hurriedly ran to the door while I was struggling to open and push my wheelchair bound mom through it. She even helped me with the Amazon returns when I encountered issues on their website. Her hospitality and competence were truly commendable, making her a rare gem in today's world.

I can see why this location has 5 stars! It's nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It felt nice that they were ready to help instead of me feeling like an inconvenience (like other locations). If I'm ever in San Diego again, this will be my store!

If I could give Melissa 10 stars I would. I arrived at a conference at the Hyatt in San Diego only to find that my 8x8ft banner did not arrive via my UPS store in Tampa, FL.I contacted her store and she printed me a new banner THE SAME DAY, picked up supporting brackets from a completely different company and delivered it to the conference, all at a 3rd of the price i paid originally. On top of that, she came back 3 days later to pick it all up, volunteered to pack it, and ship it back to me. She saved our conference and is the definition of excellence. Print companies often talk about being your “partner” but she means it.There is 0 reason to go anywhere else for any needs that her UPS store can handle. Thank you Melissa for everything you did for my company.
