I have a box at this location and am there quite often. I am surprised at reading the negative reviews. The staff here are always friendly and cordial even when a customer is dissatisfied that their needs can't be met. I think they do a very good job considering this location is very busy.

I went yesterday with an appointment at 5:30pm for notary services (that I booked online). I arrived exactly at 5:30pm, the female staff member present at the time great me and I told her that I was here for notary services, she instantly replied that notary end at 5:30pm, I explained to her that I made an appointment for that time. I instantly felt that she did not want to provide me service as they were rushing to have everything ready for close at 6:00pm, even with an appointment and on time arrival, which is totally unacceptable for customer service.
At the same time I needed a 1 page document printed in color (the document that need to be notarized), according to the staff, the color printer was offline and could not print my document. I don't understand how a multinational enterprise that also dedicates for printing document could not connect a printer. I understand that these situations happen, but the staff should know how to connect a device to a computer.
This whole store visit felt that the staff member did not want to offer me service and focused on having everything ready for close, even with an appointment and arriving on time with 30 minutes to offer me service.

I was told by a female staff no appointment needed when I called. I usually make one previously. I went to the store and was told to come back for the reason I cannot understand. It was just fortunate that Mr. Whitehead eventually agreed to notarize our documents. This gentleman knows how to handle customers. Proper coordination is needed to avoid inconvenience to your customers.
