I really hate to write this review because I understand how important reviews are for small businesses, but after a woman shows up at your place of work and nearly brings ones of your coworkers to tears... you just have no choice.The level of unprofessionalism and aggressive nature of one of the employees of this establishment (and is involved with many of the UPS store locations in our area) is beyond my comprehension.There was a situation with one of our print jobs and I was working with their team to find a solution. They tried to get ahold of me by phone a few times, but I was available at those times... so, for whatever reason, the owner instructed his employee named Heather to show up at our physical business location to 1) obtain proof of the poor print quality 2) demand payment.This woman waved a piece of paper in my associates faces, refused to leave, and then... when I talked to her on the phone, she raised her voice at me, made false claims about our business practices and my conversations with her coworkers... and then, after she realized that I was actually in the right, she tried to quickly change her demeanor and apologize.I'm sorry, but no. This is not how any business, person, etc should EVER be interacting with their community.OVER $95!We are so so so happy to pay for work when that work is done properly. The work was not done well. All we wanted to do was find a solution.I used to come into this UPS store multiple times per month for personal and business use. Even though they charge $1.99 for a label or computer fee when the Kensington location doesn't, I would drive here anyways because it was slightly more convenient.Well, they just lost my support and my business'.I will be going to Fedex from now on.

The UPS Store has always been my go-to due to the service, friendliness, and easy processing. I just had them print several jobs for a medium-sized event, all to be completed within a few days. Including multiple sizes, posters, foam board prints, name tags, and more.Service: they completed everything earlier than quoted.Quality: every file was exactly as I presented, some even better. Even cutting, which I wasn't expecting. Staff: Aileen coordinated the big stuff beautifully and craftily. She was quick to respond, set up expectations, and all last-minute. Mari-Tina was also amazing and all of my orders were seamless, no matter who was working on them. Chuck was extremely helpful, friendly and easy to work with.When managing an event, knowing I don't have to worry about some of the small things is everything. Everyone instilled such confidence and capability and Im grateful for all their hard work.

Update: I haven’t seen aloof haircut guy in a while, and everyone I’ve dealt with for the past several months (years?) has been quick and helpful.—Was helped by an aloof and generally unpleasant Asian guy with a nice haircut. For whatever reason, felt the need to condescendingly explain what “return to sender” meant.Another worker, a woman with a cool Darth Vader themed face mask, seemed much friendlier and more attentive.

Such a helpful and friendly group of employees! I was on the struggle bus with a passport renewal and they went so far above and beyond helping me get the photos and paperwork together. They were patient, kind, and pleasant the whole time. I’ll make this my regular UPS store from now on!

Outstanding customer service, I believe the associate's name is Jose. (He is Filipino) He is ALWAYS in the best mood and is extremely helpful and PATIENT.

Went in on 5/3/23 around 530 pm. I was trying to ship a package out on behalf of my wife's restaurant. The two women working there were so rude and unprofessional, I was shocked. Before I was even helped one of the ladies was screaming saying she was going to quit for some reason. The whole store could hear...so embarrassing. She then stormed over to me to help me and completely ignored what I was trying to do and rudely attempted to take down my personal info after I said I needed it shipped on behalf of my wife's restaurant. She became really aggressive and angry when I asked why she couldn't take their info down instead of mine. After a few back and forth exchanges, and me expressing none of this made sense, she finally said it was against company policy and that she should've taken my ID and filled it out my information that way but was choosing not to. Not only was she going against company policy, but she should've just said that from the start and saved everyone time and headache... Horrible customer service. I've used this location for years and it's never been good. Do yourself a favor and ship from home/with someone else.

I've been here for passport photo services and then notary service some time later. Definitely make an appointment to secure your spot. Service is excellent with knowledgeable, friendly, helpful staff. Give yourself a good amount of time to find parking on the street.
