Quick and easy to scan and send box. When asked where to place box the lady at the front wearing the face mask was not friendly and seemed annoyed. Not the best service.

I stopped in today to return some Amazon packages and as soon as I walked in I was greeted with an amazing strawberry scent and a wonderful employee named Chuck! He was extremely patience with me as I was trying to pull up which QR code was for which package! He figured out my name from the packages and thanked me by my name when I told him to have a wonderful day! I really enjoyed my experience here and will star this as my favorite UPS! Made my day!

Made an appointment with the notary at a different location, only to be told when I arrived that they don’t have a notary on weekends (you would think they wouldn’t let you make appointments on weekends in that case, but oh well). Drove across town to this location and was immediately helped, so thank you to Chuck for saving my week. This location is my go-to from now on.
