I got a backpack here and it broke very easily. North Face has an unlimited warranty so no problem right? Well I sent it back and they told me it was fake! North Face has really gone downhill in quality and customer service in recent years. It's really sad to see a great brand die like that. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE
