Really appreciate the transparency provided to me by my stylist. Ended up not going through with a service because of my lash health and management was very kind and understanding, and didn’t charge me. Couldn’t be more thankful.

The best lash lift I’ve had yet! I had the privilege of getting Karla for my lashes and it was a 10/01 experience, from how comfortable I was to the end result of how my lashes looked. Karla is very gentle and good with her hands. Not once did I feel discomfort of any kind. Her lash lift & tint resulted in a beautiful, natural looking curl and has made a huge difference in my confidence. Will be coming back to the lash lounge!

I was so nervous about my first lash service. Having a complete stranger all up in my eyeballs was a bit nerve-wracking, but I really love the look of eyelash extensions. I decided to pay extra for an experienced senior stylist, and omg, I love her!! Like she is literally the best. ????? I have since gotten used to the service and am a member of the eyelash lash lounge club!
I feel happy to have found my eyes a gentle eyelash queen ?

I received the worst service today from lindsy first when I got there I was feeling very rushed during my consultion and I continued to ask here for pictures of volume amd hybrid and she just ignored i told her i needed them very full so i could she them she said ok when i got up i told here they are thin it dosemt look like volume at all i cant even see them she said well in two weeks we can add more .Two weeks so my lashes look like this for two weeks and I'm paying you 180 dollars plus tip she said yes we are out of te

I have had my lashes done for years by a variety of artists; lash lounge environment is clean, professional and the work is excellent. I am very excited about the membership option, which makes keeping my lashes looking fresh, worry free and simple!

The only reason I go here is literally the convenience and proximity to my house. The customer service is garbage. They constantly text me to cancel or reschedule my appointment with minimal notice and I am just supposed to deal with it and accommodate to whatever situation they have. But the one time I called with 3 hour's notice to try to reschedule they told me they would charge me full price for my appointment. meanwhile saying they were 'turning phone calls away all day' so it sounds like they could have easily filled the appointment... But when they same day cancel on me I'm just supposed to deal with it. I understand that policies are in place for a reason-and I respect that, however as a long-term client who has NEVER been late or canceled an appointment, it would have been nice to have an exception or offer of courtesy extended.

This place is good for convenience. I highly recommend going with an expertise lash tech. It does matter who you get. And giving them direction with what you want helps too.

I tried to keep a positive outlook on this place, but I was honestly pretty dissapointed with the service I received here. To start off, they charge you half of the price of your service before even stepping foot in the place. They also charge you the whole price of the service you book for if for whatever reason you need to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours. I was also double booked at first and was told that they would "unfortunately" have to charge the whole price of the service even though I told them that it looked like I was double booked and called them right away. The girl on the phone I believe her name is Hannah had an attitude over this which I did not appreciate. Then they fixed it, but still it is insane. Customers should feel welcomed not forced to receive service here.Next, Hannah who also worked on my lashes had a very bad attitude. She made a big deal out of me having to get up to use the restroom after an hour and a half of doing my lashes and complained that it was a big deal for me to do that because she had to take the tape off my eyes which doesn't take more than a minute or two to put back on. She also stated that if I got up to use the restroom that she might not be able to finish the service which really did not make any sense to me seeing how I was paying for the whole service I was receiving. My previous lash person did not have any issues about this. She then stated, "I guess I'll just have to go as fast as I can." I was really just caught off guard by the attitude and the unprofessionalism. Then, she asked me if it was okay if she went over time which I said was okay but then instead, she told me that I could come back to add more lashes as a complimentary appointment. This I appreciated but still just didnt really understand the attitude. Would of really appreciated if everything was done all at once. Not to mention that I really just wasn't that impressed with the work. I would feel a lot different if I was treated better as a customer.I then went back a couple of days later and received service from Ianthia who was very nice and welcoming and educated me very well on my lashes. I was very happy with her. I am really only giving two stars because of the service I received from Ianthia and the fact that I was offered a complimentary appointment. If it wasn't for that, I would only be giving one star. However, overall as a lash salon, this is definitely not a place I would choose to come back to in terms of receiving good quality of service and I feel as though their quality of work is not worth the expense. It also doesn't seem like they really customize lashes.
